Zainab Bint Ali (PBUH), the daughter of the most courageous Muslim leader, Ali Bin Abi-Talib (PBUH). Here in this spot of Karbala Battle Field, Zainab was observing the battle events and speaking to her brother there.
This great woman later on, after the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, is regarded as one of the cornerstones of saving the real Islamic faith and telling the world how the battle of Karbala reflected the real ugly face of the Umayyad regimen and their supporters.

The place is small and easily got crowded.

This is the spot where the sister of the Imam stood to watch what was unfolding before her on the plains of Karbala on the day of Ashura. It is said that this was a small mound on which she climbed to get a view. Now a small mosque stands on the spot and serves as a reminder of the events that took place all those years ago. Very poignant. Pilgrims visit this place to offer prayers.

This place has resting place of shaheed e Karbala like Hazrat Zainab, Hazrat Abbas, Hazrat Qasim. This place is spiritual and full of sadness in the air and reminds us of the supreme love of a sister for her brother

Tucked in one of the unobtrusive lanes close to the Haram of Imam Hussain Tal Al Zainabeiah is difficult to locate as there are no signposts to guide you, and if you have no idea that it exists then you are not likely to spot it. But once you reach it and realise that this is the site where Bibi Zainab used to stand watching the ensuing battle and seeing the bodies of the shauhda come in one by one, you are overcome with emotion and grief.

Its the place which is mention that when Imam Hussain a.s entered the battle zone Bibi Zainab s.a ordered the ground to lift her so that she can see her brother. Due to which this place was lifted from the ground from adjacent areas.

a Tal al zaynabi hill shrine is located to the left of al qibla gate ,if you are entering to imam hussain shrine .The site ,which is designed as shrine does not contain any grave & very small compared to imam Hussain shrine .There are no prayeres in the site ,because it is a memorial shrine of imam Hussain sister Zain.

This is the hill where Zainab, sister of Imam Hussain, stood observing her brother Imam Hussain while Shamer was fighting him. The hill is around 40 meters away from the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain. The hill is called Tal in Arabic located in Karbala.
