Before I rave about this place something I wish someone had told me: WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION FOR AN ACTIVITY MAKE SURE YOU GET A TICKET! We reserved two activities and did not get a ticket. The staff couldn't find us in their system when we showed up. Everything worked out, they were very helpful and accommodating. It was... More

xel-ha is a great day out, there is plenty to do to keep you busy, snorkelling, floating down the river on a inflatable ring chair ( too which I may add there was plenty off), jumping off cliffs and zip lines into the water and obstacle courses. The food and drink included in the price was of good quality and... More

We did a combination excursion of Xel-Ha and the Mayan Tulum ruins, it was awesome! Xel-Ha is an amazing set up, we didn't do any of the extra cost activities so I can't speak to those but the kids 11 & 8 had so much fun as did the wife and I. From the river slide, zip lines and obstacle... More

Let me start by saying that this place is everything that you would want from an adventure trip! The whole time you are here all you think about is how there is no way that this would be allowed in the US. It truly is an amazing place and fun for the whole family. We booked our tour at our... I visited Xel Ha with my family (13 yr, 19 yr, spouse). It was a fantastic day - so much to do! We began our trip at the Beginning of the River - you can take and snorkel gear. Float down the river until you find a location to snorkel - there are many possibilities. You can stop as you... More

We had heard from friends about this location and knew we had to try it. We were traveling with another family and the person at the hotel did not tell us exactly everything we needed to know about this wonderful place. So when we got there we were lost. So I hope this helps the next person. This is somewhat... More

We read about this place online and heard about it from friends who had travelled to the Tulum/Mayan Rivera recently. All in all, we had a great time. We did not do any of the extras and still had a great time. We did not get to everything and still had a great time. The all-inclusive ticket is the way... More

do anything you want here! Relax in a hammock. eat all you want. Drink all you want. Or jump off cliffs, zipline, rope swing. swim in an under ground river, snorkel, etc. If you can't do it here it's either riding an atv or you shouldn't be doing it!

We arrived not long after the park opened and were told the coach to take us back would leave at 6. A long day stretched in front of us and we actually asked about the availability of taxis if we wanted to leave earlier as it was very hot. We did not need to worry as the day was not... More
