It was okay. Very pretty. Enough to do. My son is a diver so he was a bit bored after a while with the little amounts of tropical fish. The food and service were great. Not the greatest snorkeling. We found Xplor was more fun. This would be good for a first timer to Mexico who does not have time... More

My husband and I went on the Tulum + Xel-Ha excursion on our honeymoon. We booked online in advance and saved 20, so I really recommend doing that to save money! We also bought the photo package online for ~$60USD and it was absolutely worth it. They give you a wristband with a bar code that you scan at different... More

We took a short cab ride from our resort(instead of the tour) and it worked out great. The resort was large, and we were able to to enjoy many different things, from snorkeling, cliff jumping, tubing, swimming etc. There was also some nice childrens play areas and loungers for relaxing. The price was very reasonable for the day and it... More

Visited with my wife and sons in July of 2016. The lagoon is beautiful clear blue water with many tropical fish. The lazy river is a fun relaxing tube ride. If you can wait until the end of the line and you'll be less crowded and hurried down the river. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it.... More

This place is unbelievable! Lots to do and see. Food is included, snorkeling gear, towels, etc. The water is clean, cool and clear. With all the activities it was a full day that went by quickly. While we loved our day here, my 13 year old reminded me of a couple of items that would have been good to know... More

I booked this trip back in the UK thinking it would be cheaper and it was than from the resort. I was slightly worried that there would be a problem with the transfer from the hotel, however there was not a problem and the bus picked us up on schedule and returned at 6pm. I didn't think that we would... More

I thought this park was the best of the parks in Playa del Carmem. The price is the cheapest and you have food and drinks at all times! We had a great time snorkeling, seeing the caves, jumping from the cliff, zip lines. All of this in a beautiful scenery! Loved Xel-ha!!!

Our second visit and we are still in love with Xel-Ha. The activities and pace of life are so relaxed you could easily spend a whole weekend there. There are other activities that cost more, Dolphins, Manatees and skybikes, but watching is free. All drinks and food is inclusive of the entrance ticket, as is equipment and towels needed for... This is a great day out, great snorkelling in a beautiful environment with lots of other things to do as well. Our son loved the cliff jumping and zip lines and as a family we spent a couple of hour just snorkelling even my wife who is not a big fan joined us for the whole time instead of a... More
