It should have been better, but really wasn't. The road to get in from the highway is horrible (and long). There is too much lecturing about the rules and forms to fill out, takes a lot of the fun out of it really. Our group leader was kind of bleh, but others seemed like more fun. The horseback ride is... More

The jet ski leaders weave large groups of inexperienced jet ski clients in between coral heads and snorkelers at top speed without any concern about the environment. Snorkelers are left to rush out of the way of drivers who could decapitate them and who, due to lack of experience, can barely handle their machines. There is nothing "eco" about this... More

Francis, our guide was amazing! He spoke fluent English, Spanish and French and you could tell truly loved his job! This is not your typical excursion where you can set your clock by times that things happen etc. Lots of variables, bad weather days can eliminate parts of it such as snorkeling, wave runners, horses etc. Best advise, check the... We booked a two hour horse riding which was really good fun. When we arrived things seemed a little unorganised but once we got going it was very enjoyable. We rode through the jungle and then on the beach. The horses were very tame which was good as we had very little horseriding experience. On the reservation it asked us... More

We booked a half-day express tour that included ATV riding, jet skiing, horseback riding, and swimming in the cenotes. It was originally $99 each, but we were able to use the 10% off promotion that was advertised on the website. This was an excellent value for all of these activities. I don't think there is cheaper deal that includes all... More

I'm not sure if the others giving this place good reviews have ever been on any other excursions, or if maybe we just had a bad experience. My fiancé and I booked our all inclusive day through our resort. We were told to bring our underwater cameras for snorkelling, and that there's a really nice lunch buffet. Upon arrival, we... More

I write this review in the hopes that others will not make the same mistake. We booked a full day of ATV, jet ski, and horse riding through Sunwing. I was very concerned about spending so much money not knowing what the weather would be. The Sunwing rep told us that if it is too bad, it would be cancelled... More

My husband, my 27 and 30 year old sons, and I went on the ATVs and the jet skis. I agree that the place seemed disorganized...lots of waiting around. The ATV ride, which was nice but kind of dull, included a swim in a cenote, which was delightful. For the jetskiing, because of rough seas, we were transported to an... More

Today my husband and I had one of the most funnest days on our holiday. We've done everything from Xel ha , Xplor and Xcarat, they were all good but this was for sure the top one on our list. We were welcomed with warmth and excitement. Everything was very well organized. We had booked the four activities all inclusive,... More

Very little direction or communication upon arrival. Did not take riding experience into consideration when pairing horse and rider. Horses looked tired and ill first thing in the morning. My friend's horse was skittish from the beginning and misstepped twice before throwing her. The guides were all in the front of the line when it happened along a very narrow... More
