We purchased a jet skiing/snorkeling excursion through Amstar. The overall trip was a good time. The jet skiing was fun (for me, at least). The snorkeling let my kids see a sting ray and sea turtle for the first time in the wild and lots of fish. The guacamole that came as part of the excursion was delicious. However, there... More

We went to Punta Venado and did the "all-inclusive" package. We purchase our package through Nexus Tours who was offering the package for 2 people for $240 USD. However, with the all inclusive, you get to do *EVERYTHING* - atv, explore in a cenote, swim in a fresh water pool left over by a cenote, jet-skiing, snorkelling, horseback riding. It... More

Definitely on my list of preferred beach locations in the Mayan Riviera, this place is great and located 10 away from Playa del Carmen. The entrance is right after Xcaret and CALICA, about 1 mile after these places. Once at the entrance there is no fee, basically the only they ask is: -Don't bring Food or Beverages -Utilize their restaurant... More

We went horseback riding in summer of 2015. It was a great ride through the jungle and then along the ocean the 2 male guides were great! Very calm, and obviously loved the horses. We were well paired with our horses to our experience level (1 experienced, 1 novice). The horses were well taken care of. The views were beautiful.... More

We had a fantastic day on the All-in Tour. Our guide Martina was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and her excellent customer service continued even after our trip! Started off with the ATVs. The trails were easy to navigate, and the guides were good at catering to the riding levels. Guests with experience were able to go ahead with a faster... More

Lets start with the good - which is just about the whole experience. I've done the punta venado all in package twice - which includes wave runner (jet ski), atv and horse back riding. The first time i did it last year, was amazing, fun and well planned. On the jet ski, the staff will give you pointers and if... More

My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Mexico in order to enjoy life and time together before I started radiation treatment. We did the full day excursion. It was an amazing day filled with lots of activities. ATV, snorkelling, wave runners, horses etc. You're not allowed to use your own cameras which we were not aware of. At the... More

We just got back from Playa Del Carmen and absolutely LOVED Punta Venado!! Jose, with Scuba Caribe set us up at our resort the Riu Yucatan, and he was the BEST!!! Jose saw us looking through different pamphlets at the resort and came over to talk to us about Punta Venado. He sold us on it for our group of... More
