Last drove through the park on the way to Edmonton in July 2011. Most times mount Robson has a cloud so you can't see the top of the mountain in all its beauty, but that day you could see the top. Located between the BC and Alberta border. Once we went rafting here and enjoyed a slow ride down the... More

Rented a place in Jasper and drove to B.C. We did other one day area Jasper hikes but Mt. Robson was our three day, two night hike. Hikes from Mt. Robson Visitor Center to Berg Lake Campsite. From there we hiked to Robson Glacier and onto Snowbird Pass. This is NOT beginner hiking especially the second half of trek to... More

We hiked to Kinney Lake and it is well worth the effort. When the sun is out the water is a stunning blue colour. We didn’t use the campsite or hike to the Berg Lake (needs overnight permit). This is a must do if in the area and one of my highlights of the Rockies.

Stayed at the RV park, all sites are under the trees. Showers hot but building not heated, don't linger! Easy walk to the visitors centre then we walked onto Lake Kinney. Good trail and the Lake was absolutely fantastic. A 'must do'. Easy evening walk to Overlander falls through the site and back via the visitors centre, well worth it.... More

Mount Robson is gorgeous! and there is a short trail right from the campgroup down to the Robson River, beside which we picnicked twice. Our eyes could not get enough of the sight of Mount Robson and the rushing glacial waters of the River! We also did a several-hour hike towards the Mount, departing from near the Visitors Centre. Oddly,... More

This trail is 4.5ish km uphill, but don’t get discouraged. The first 1km is the steepest part, and then the grade, while still uphill, is more gradual. Most of the trail is shaded, with glimpses of Mt. Robson. It follows the river the whole way. At the end you are rewarded with views of a beautiful lake and the surrounding... More

Four of us were traveling in two RVs. Three of our party liked this park. The sites are well spaced, pretty level and the woods are quiet and nice. The fourth member of our party is a little phobic about mosquitos so if this is you then look further. Otherwise you'll like it. Take the short hike along the river... More

What an absolutely stunning place to stop. Even though we only stopped for a couple of hours for a lunch spot it was great to walk around and take in the beautiful scenery. Everything here is kept in tip-top condition and we loved it.

This is a beautiful place to stop and stretch your legs (if you're not here to camp). There are picnic spots and bathrooms at the visitor centre. My son and I took a walk while we were at the visitor centre and enjoyed looking at the flowers and trees. There are places to stop and read about the park while... More
