Great Stadium for Sports and Concerts
Mar 2020
We watched the Aborigines vs All Black Maori game. The stadium was comfortable and good venue especially with the train service. However, the food in the stadium could do with better food than fried food everywhere you go. Sushi and Salads would be easy and quick and healthy option. We have to start looking for better food options in the stadium which can be made up in boxes already to go. Boxed up sushi or poke bowl would be great or curry with rice or chilli con carne with rice or Burrito and get Guzman and Gomez to set up in there as they have a fast turnaround. Prepaid orders on their app and pick up. Also have the catering company to make up some favourites so as people arrive to order they can take it away quickly too.

pleasant stadium
Feb 2020
Very nice stadium and everything is easy and close by. Only problem is there is no parking and getting in and out can only be done via Uber or taxi. Which is a nightmare after the game as they close the roads.

Worth The Visit
Jul 2019
CBus Stadium is a great venue for Rugby League, but not the easiest place to get to as a visitor. If you go for a game yes to google travel details beforehand. No public parking for the venue. I believe pre purchased parking available. The road all around the venue are closed on game day.

Disgraceful behaviour towards Disabled patron
Jul 2019 • Couples
I have been disabled for a little over six months and today I experienced the nastiest man at CBus stadium. We arrived at the stadium with our disabled badge with over an hour to the game and he refused to let our car pass and instead made us walk. By the time I got to the stadium I was in a massive amount of pain and tears. I hope it makes you feel good making a disabled person Cry with pain you nasty little man. He was rude and completely uncaring, we asked for his name so we could complain but he refused and didn’t give a damn about helping someone who was disabled, shame on you, even took our photo!

Thank you however to Brian one of the duty managers and Kerri Anne who changed our seating as I was in such a state I couldn’t walk any further, your kindness meant a lot to us. I hope you find this man and sack him for his horrible and disgraceful behaviour. He let so many other cars in just took exception to us. We checked on your website that we could come through with our badge and we could, he wouldn’t even ring through to check for us. Disabled people deserve more than this, we already have enough to deal with, without nasty people like this making our lives more miserable.

I gave CBUS stadium the chance to reply to my complaint but all I got was an email full of excuses and that you supported the mans behaviour towards me is disgraceful. You should be ashamed of your treatment of disabled people. There was no misunderstanding between us as you suggested. I had a disabled badge and was denied disabled access, end of story. CBUS you need to do more, you really let us down. You did not even do me the courtesy of replying to my follow up email.

Watch dogs vs titans
May 2019 • Family
One of the best experiences had.
We sat in the front row and could pretty much reach out and touch the touch judge.
My wife had broken her ankle the day before. So the staff have her access to a wheel chair and a different seat to suit her.
After the game they let you onto the field for approx 20 mins to have a run around the kids had a ball.
Highly recommend.

I hate big crowds but
May 2019 • Family
This stadium made it easy. We parked off site and free bused in, this went very smoothly both in and out, very well organized and efficient. The stadium had lots of supplementary activities and even the junky pricey food and drink was not too bad. Stadium condition was excellent and seats reasonably comfortable.
Probably the only complaint I can think of is that my team lost and when leaving most people went to the loo as you would expect but they had one of the toilet entrances locked! So everyone went in and out of one door plus people leaving went to the locked exit not realizing. With a little effort they could have had people going in one door and out the next.
I should say that the venue was nowhere near full so that might have been a different story. Certainly during the comm games with full venues lots of mistakes were made and I did not enjoy those days as much as this.

Great stadium but away supporters are packed like sardines
Aug 2018 • Solo
Must be a cost cutting move by the Gold Coast Titans but the away supporters are squashed into a small wedge at one end of the stadium. You can't even move to the next seat without the miserable security staff telling you to move (not me but seen others get told to move). I visited this stadium back in 2012 and the seating was a bit more generous for visiting supporters. Zero atmosphere due to the seating arrangements, so I hope the Titans sort it out.

Footy match
Apr 2018 • Friends
Been here a handful of times but probably felt like my worst visit, it was cold and raining at the second half of the game. We weren’t undercover and got wet and cold, the crowd was more of the away team it just didn’t have a good vibe at all. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had fun here before but not today sorry. Pros you can take a bus or train here. Cons you might get wet in the stadium if it rains and there is very limited parking onsite.
