A solid 4 for us among what else we did on our GC holiday. Tractor with trailer trip around the big area of plantings good, commentary could have been a little clearer, sampling custard apple on the way around YUM!. Tour guide also took us through the animal area and a long billabong boat ride, small train ride, pay area... More

I have visited this fruit farm a few times and am always impressed about the variety of the plants and fruits on this farm near Kingscliff. Perfect trip from the GC into the Tweed Valley and then a 2 to 3 hour visit on the farm: Fruit tasting plus lecture and a tractor tour. At the end a coffee and... More

We took our young family here today and it was a great outing! The staff were incredibly friendly, passionate and knowledgable- Wes was particularly helpful and made our family feel right at home. If you have children - there is a train ride, boat ride, animal feeding, fruit tasting and tractor ride. Heaps of entertainment for kids throughout the while... More

This is a big working farm with lot of tropical fruits,But this tour is not worth for the money you spend. Fruit tasting was the first disappointment. We had more fruits for the breakfast in the hotel we stayed than whatever they had for fruit tasting. Here are the activities they have after fruit testing.. 1.Around 40 Minutes of tractor tour... More

We visited with two kids under 4, to do something both adults and the kids would enjoy. We were not disappointed! It was a quiet day after the floods and a lot of things were not operating due to the floods, but the staff went above and beyond to still put on an incredible hands on (and taste buds) experience.... I have to admit i wasnt sure what to expect when i pre booked the tickets to tropical fruit world for myself, young children and grandmother for the school holidays because a day full of fruit doesnt sound that appealing but i must say i was pleasantly suprised and we all had an amazing day. We were lucky enough to spend a day of our trip here. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and very personable. I did feel like some of it we were herded along but overall it was a great day. The only downside to the day was a family with 5 children that seemed to be running wild. Overall, a great place... More
