Had a blast on the 55 minute tour this morning - Chris our driver did a great job and entertained us with his jokes. Thrills and good outdoor action for the whole family including laughing hilariously when your daughter gets drenched with water (strategically positioned her on the outside)! Wear your sunglasses for the salt spray and bring a towel for afterwards. The boss also went out of his way to help us with a scheduling issue out of our control - very much appreciated.

Great experience with the family. Chris the driver was great. Not sure how people could leave a negative review.

It does not "includes free Surfers Paradise hotel pick up / drop off" and they should update it. Do not trust this information.

Hi Pamela. As we discussed with you on the day...and numerous times since, the shuttle ceased operating when Covid began. We no longer have the staff or resources to provide this service and haven't for almost 2 years. All agents and ticket resellers have updated their information regarding this in 2020. Also, our website was updated and DOES NOT offer or make any mention of any transfers. You booked on our website...and you did not see anything there about a transfer. However, you found a brochure at your hotel that is over 3 years old (printed June 2018) and that mentioned transfers: if requested and "subject to availability". You didn't mention any desire for a transfer before your ride.. and only raised the matter your ride. We advised you this is a service that no longer operates...but you just wouldn't let it go :( Anyway. you told me you really enjoyed the Jet Boat ride...which I am happy about. Why don't you give a review on that instead of criticising us for not running around collection old brochures??
