Not sure what has happened to marina mirage but it looks like the quietest place on the Gold Coast. No one shopping, half a dozen people in the cafes.... Take a book, no one will bother you. Side note ... The men's toilets smell worse than any shopping centre loo I've had the misfortune to use.

After our own tour of the area, we escaped the heat of the day by stopping at Marina Mirage for an ice cold drink. This was a lot quieter than the other shopping areas we had been to, which was such a relief. Lovely shops to tempt. Short stroll from the Versace hotel. Worth a visit.

Avoid the scruff by shopping here ! Shops are limited however but the selection is higher end and there is less traffic. Semi outdoors, but sheltered from the sun.

Marina Mirage is a fantastic shopping experience, especially if you are looking for more upmarket brands and a quiet but ambient atmosphere. The older blonde lady at Tommy Hilfiger was especially helpful, and made myself (a tourist) feel welcome! Would recommend. Only annoyance is that all shops open at 10 AM???

We go here quite often for breakfast. There are 3 or 4 cafes that do really good breakfasts! As an added bonus, you get a water view as well! The variety is good, service good and pleasant staff. Shops are appealing to the Ladies!

Having breakfast or dining in one of the so many famous restaurants in Marina Mirage would be one of the highlights of your travel to the Gold Coast. This place is very classy and you will enjoy browsing or shopping in the designer shops on the second level. Its a place to go or spend the day here. Do not... More

Visited for shopping and had a great experience there. Also stayed for lunch at the little pub over the bridge. Very good meal and wine.
