My 14 and 12 year old and their two friends all loved their time at the Aqua park attached to the GC Wake park. (I had a great time too). It was a rainy day, but they loved it, they slipped, slid, jumped, climbed and swung. Afterwards we ate tasty hot food. The staff were friendly and efficient, the bathrooms were clean and tidy, parking was easy, and I would go back again.

First time wakeboarding off a cable.. definitely harder than from behind the boat with the very sudden pull (don't underestimate it). Great fun though and 2 hours was definitely enough time, went on a Monday morning so it wasn't busy at all. Would definitely do it again (once the aches and pains of all these unused muscles go away). Could be slightly cheaper but still worth it .

The host was everything. She was professional, helpful and friendly. Very well organized.. the party food for 13 years old could have been slightly better - 3 chicken nuggets each was not enough, non of the 13 girls were interested in Lollies, I think it would be nice to have a bit of fresh foods with it, for example a cup of fresh fruit. I understand kids may not be interested in greens and fruits but party food does not always mean fried foods and lollies, the popsicle voucher was nice. This was the second time we had bday party. Alway wish for a better food options like other places including bounce, Kingston park racing where you get to choose mini pizza, burgers etc.(not sure if still an option). The girls loved the quality experience unlike previous party, wherein this time, the host and lady operating wake boarding were super helpful giving tips and demos to girls! Thank you for an amazing day!

First time to this attraction, arrived at 1040 for 11am session on the ‘aqua park’. Our 3 grandchildren enjoyed it & had great fun. However, the seating area closest to the inflatables was awful, the tables had the remains of yesterdays food, not good for us but the ants loved it, rubbish was scattered about, and appeared to have been in situ for some time. On arrival as expected we bought the required socks which came in a cellophane packet, there were many of these blowing about the area & into the water.
I thought I would take the opportunity to look about the site in more detail, I counted 8 drinks bottles discarded on the sloping grass bank btw cafe & water. I also saw staff walk over/past litter and not pick it up. Yes I know they didn’t drop it, but if they don’t care….
I spoke to duty manager to discuss, after a a short while the bottles were picked up, but after 1 hour the table we were sat at was still dirty, with litter still on the floor, not ours by the way.

Being charged for a nearly 5 year old grandson and not informed that children under 5 cannot use the park and rather have to play in the castle. Being charged $25 to basically sit in the water and supervise grandson and paid $25 for him. Told by manager that it was my fault I should have asked the girl at the checkout if he was old enough to go on the park. I responded by saying that was her job to say hey if anyone is under 5 they can’t go in the park. Manager didn’t handle the situation very well was argumentative and blaming me. Great water park but be aware that if your kids are under 5 they won’t be getting on that park and neither will you as you will be supervising your child on the castle which my grandson got bored of within 5 minutes. Staff need some further training and advise people of this. When you sign the waiver they have everyone’s dates of births so it’s not like they don’t know. But happy to take your dollars!

Tried to book a 12 month pass after being at park today.
$1350 is advertised price, when you go to pay $1413. Adds on an almost $70 booking fee.
Ridiculous.
If you try buy 2 it doubles the booking fee. This is insane for online booking. No labour involved
Shame on them

Great day ...we had Groupon vouchers for a 2 hour visit. Mr 12 enjoyed it. Only downside is waiting in line with lots of people . 2 hours not long enough if there would have been more people. Maybe they could stagger time slots so that there is a limit on people in a 2 hour slot so that everyone gets enough turns. A lot of time can also get wasted if you fall off on the other side of the lake and you have to walk back. However on a good note, great facilities, with cafe and shade areas to sit. Would come back!

No overly friendly staff on the front counter. Also this place is not for the safety conscious, board riders trying to avoid people swimming back to the edge that have fallen off. Wouldn't surprise me if someone drowns at this place.
I paid for the 2 hour intro, but after paying was told that only 1hr is included as instruction then you must go the the open water, this wasn't the best idea for my 7yo, asked for more time as instruction for the second half of my 7yo 2 hours to be told I need to book another 2 hr session to do that.

Do not take children to the Aquapark in Oxenford Qld it is in a disgraceful condition. The obstacles have mould and dirt all over them, most are covered in large amounts of bird faeces and many parts deflated. It’s an unhealthy environment for kids and its clear to see why it’s unpopular and empty most days. The Southport park is a far better choice if you are looking for an aquapark.
