Pacific Fair is centrally located in the heart of the Gold Coast adjacent to the Star Gold Coast and the Broadbeach entertainment precinct. Pacific Fair is one of Australia's largest shopping centres and boasts an outstanding collection of luxury, high-street fashion, and dining and bar experiences, plus a world-class indoor/outdoor leisure and entertainment precinct and around 400 specialty stores. The centre also boasts two supermarkets, a fresh food market, Big W, David Jones, Kmart, Target and the Gold Coast’s largest Myer. Pacific Fair has a first-class Visitor Lounge including showers/amenities, luggage storage, coach set-down, free WiFi, stylist service, quiet room and an exclusive Visitor Privileges Pass with over a hundred special offers. There's also a free shopping shuttle that services Sea World (Southport) in the north to Burleigh Heads in the south daily (see website for timetable). DOCTORS AT PACIFIC FAIR

Just want to start with I’m not one to complain or even right a review but this is just not right.

I was there Thursday evening on the 29th of October, I came in to book an appointment, I walk up to the counter and the old brunette did not acknowledge that I was there and I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, while she answering phone calls and doing other work on the computer I felt like i was invisible...

I work in hospitality and what I experienced tonight was completely unacceptable.

To be honest unsure why this miserable old lady has a job still, I have been on plenty of review sites and quite a number of people have complained about this particular woman.. something needs to be done.

Parking charge

Went shopping for 2.5 hours and once I got to the car realised I lost my ticket. Had to pay $25 in order to get my car out of the parking. What a joke! When I asked them to look at the camera to see when I entered they said they’re unable to do so. I would have been happy to pay for the duration of the parking. And besides why did I get charged 8 hours when shipping se cree opened at 9am and I was leaving at 3pm. Shouldn’t I have been charged for 6 hours?

Pay - walk with your walking stick to get your free water

This is so different of the David Jones - That I know.
New management. Show the money or you cant order.
Charles Llyod Jones will be turning up and down,
By the way if you want a carafe of water - you can go and get it yourself (me and my walking stick) or you be charge 5A$ for her to fill a carafe of Water.
So me,my trolley and my walking stick stood up and left to the suprise of the blonde....Staff membedr.

Best mall in Australia

Definitely a must visit for visitors staying on Broadbeach.
It’s been a year since we visited.
Stayed locally in Broadbeach with kids.
Loved it.
As visitors, getting there was (by memory) a $7 Uber fair from our Hotel, or an easy 10min walk.
Spent days there & still didn’t visit everything. But great for families, from budget shopping to high end, awesome food areas & cinema too.
I’m writing this review now because we were discussing our next vacation & I would love to go back.

This shopping mall really had it all. Such a nice atmosphere with inside and outside areas which really make the experience nice. The multiple food vendors are also great and made my family happy and well fed. The best mall in queensland and far better than any we have in Sydney. If you need to go shopping I highly recommend going to pacific fair for a fun and amazing shopping experience. The only downside is that it might be a little too big!! often the stores are a 15min walk away but if you have the day to shop it really isn’t an issue.

Everything was to our liking

After a past visit several years ago we were impressed with the extensions and renovations we saw.
It was a perfect place to spend a few hours in, on an awful rainy day and have lunch in the Food Court with a great variety available.
All the usual shops as well as many smaller ones unknown to us and fun to browse through.
Amazing Tree planted in the center of the mid courtyard was most unusual to see.

Feeling safe inside a Mall during the Pandemic

I love to shop in this Mall. During the Pandemic, the stores practice the safety protocols. Not all stores are open, and Mall hours are shorten. I feel safe walking around the Mall. Eating a quick meal inside seem safe too.

World Class Shopping

Put aside a whole day. This place has so much to offer. The food court is a definite pit stop for lunch time, with a huge selection of eating cuisines.
When the wife wants to keep shopping, you have time to sit and relax on the many comfortable seating options.

Directing this review at the Givenchy store. Awful customer service, and rude staff, if you go there, only go to buy an item and leave right away. It looks like they are also hiding stock from customers for themselves to buy later if they are more limited.

Never go there, shop online for them instead.

Always pleasant shopping

Love Pacific fair. Every time we come to Gold Coast for holidays we dedicate a day for shopping at Pacific fair. Beautiful surroundings, great assortment of shops. Good eating bars, restaurants, caffes. It’s pretty big, so lots of walking required around the shopping center. You can catch a light rail to take you there.
