The kids stayed in a genious wooden 10 bed-room - the beds were stored during the day in sort of cupboards and in the night they were spread out. The double rooms for us were ok, no huge comfort and the rattle of the door... More

The Alp itself is very quaint but well what make it worth going is the walk from Ospizio Bernina to Alp Grum.

Our train stopped at Alp Grum for photos, caffe and a quick toilette stop. The conductor was very accommodating for allow plenty of pictures. We enjoyed the opportunity to stretch our legs 1/2 between Tirano and St Moritz.

Staying at Alp Grum was really great. We had a marvellous view of the Palu Glacier from our bedroom window. The food was excellent and the Manager, Primo very attentive and helpful. Our room was basic but warm and comfortable.

Breathtaking scenery can be seen from this location. The winding tracks of the Bernina Express along the slopes in addition to the towering glaciers and a glacial lake at the bottom is a combination that is hard to find elsewhere.

A 20 minute stop on the Bernina express was gone in no time as we took photos of this unique and magnificent location. The shop staff were friendly accepting euros and we savored the local Swiss drink rivella whilst absorbing the clear and fresh Swiss air and the mountain beauty. The walking tracks also looked great and we will be... More

This area is breathtaking and the hotel and restaurant are equally impressive. We stopped for the night, getting off the Bernina Express. The rooms have recently been remodelled and are excellent value for money. Our room had amazing views of the glacier and valley. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, while the restaurant food is excellent - a great... More
