We rocked up without booking, no queue. The payment structure is complicated - we were with kids of 6 and 8. The 6 year old could only do blue and yellow courses. The 8y old was tall enough to do red but as we as a family planned to only do the courses we could all do, we were able to pay for him to only do blue and yellow. However the adults there is only one price, which meant we essentially paid to do red and black courses that we were not going to do because we were not going to leave the kids on the ground to do them. As such, it worked out at €102 for a family of 2 adults, a 6 and 8 year old so not a cheap activity.

That said, the clip system worked well and was easy to use. Far superior to the ones used by go ape in the UK. The 5 blue courses were varied and took us around 2 hours in total. We liked that we could chose the order to do them in so could chose a quieter course rather than queue. The obstacles on the blue courses were challenging enough for all of us. If you did all the courses as an adult suspect you'd be there 4-5 hours. Suspect we could have repeated courses and noone would have minded.

Kids really enjoyed it, as did the adults. Would go back but would recommend they allow adults to also pay for the courses that they do.

This place offers a large number of 'tree' activities, high quality materials, friendly staff and great variety in exercises.
Our children, both in their twenties, have enjoyed all parcours, especially the extreme ones.

I went here with my son of 6,5 yo and he absolutely loved this place; As he is 125cm tall, he could only do the yellow and blue lines. We started a first blue line, and after 3 platforms he got stuck and said he couldn't go further. So someone of the team had to come and get us down. I feared my son would stop, but we tried the other 3 blue lines, and that went well. There were some very nice death rides. At the end he wanted to try again the first one he had failed, and this time he passed well. We were there for 3 hours and at the end he was crying because he didn't want to leave...

Very nice experience. Be warned that the limitations shown on their website are not complete. Once you are these, some additional restrictions are added. Example: for the "red" circuit the website says only that one needs to be 1.30 m or more. Once you are there they add 14 years or older to that. A 10 year old of 1.38 m is in that case very disapointed.

This attraction looks good from the outside, but offers too little for too much money depending on age and/or body length.
There are 4 categories of difficulty, that are allowed to be done depending on age and length and last of all the debatable mood of the teen aged "boss". Looking at the categories almost every child ends in the blue zone (second category) , resulting in the fact that very little and young children do the same tracks as children up to 14 years old. Knowing that one can imagine this is good fun for the 7 years old, but disappointing for the 13 years old. For them there are not enough challenges is the blue zone and experienced parents know they hate to be limited to the "baby" tracks.
For the lucky ones that are allowed to use the red or even black zone, the disappointment is that there are only 2 tracks red and 2 tracks black each of them being very short.
In general the personal is not really friendly. The tracks are after 11 overcrowded. The general facilities are poor.
Conclusion is that x-trees is best for 6 to max 10 years old, especially looking at the "price for quality" factor.

My 5,5 year old son went to climb here and had a great time. Very safe with some great features. The safety wires are designed in such a way that you can never be loosened while in the trees.

X-Trees is a fantastic activity in Serfaus for any age group (for children above 1m of height). It's well organized and structured, allows for fun, thrill and physical challenges for any age group. It's a great family activity. 5 stars!!!

Apart from being a must have attraction in this region, this park is one of the best one we visited (compared to more than few other in Germany and Austria).
Its uniqueness comes from the fact that it offers a large set of cable/climbing routes which are well maintained, very safe and not so high to become ultra scary.
its great location on the entrance to Serfaus makes it more convenient to visit especially if your lodging is in Serfaus or nearby Fiss.
The instructors are very friendly and professional.
A family (with kids or teenagers) can spend there half a day.
Small kids with a height of 1.10m have 2 small routes. Other routes offer different levels of challenge for the bigger ones.
From our experience even adults of 55+ can also attend the park and use some of the routes safely.
Enjoy!

Very fun! A challange for all ages. The guides were very helpful. Very safe - so don't worry. Reccomendation: Relax while sliding the cable.

We have tried many similar parks around Europe, but we were very impressed with X-Trees. They use a new type og fool proof attachment, making it impossible to release both your attachments at the same time - very clever. The layout is excellent with some new challenges we have never seen before. The whole experience is clearly 5 star, very professional and friendly!
