The place is really great with good scene. I was unlucky that I had been when it was raining and snowing heavily .. The cable carts costs like 30 € and there is ice palace which is for 10€ .. But you can avoid this...More

Great experience and fantastic view. Even if you aren't planing to ski take a walk end enjoy the view or the top restaurant. They have also small ice museum

Ride on top of the cable car! Walk up the glacier on pisted path. Don't forget to book in advance on their website otherwise ytou could be delayed hours on a busy sunny weekend.

De were there for the skiing but the gondola and skywalk was great bonuses! The views are stunning and this is a very good place to cure any height related problems.

From Salzburg, I would take A10 towards Villach to exit 63 in Eben, then head east on B 320 towards Graz. In Schladming you will go north towards Ramsau, where you drive through the village and follow signs to Dachsteinbahn... More

Yes, ticket station right there. They have a live video feedback of the top so you can see the conditions up there. Our first time (in April) the weather was so uncooperative that the skywalk was closed although the gondola... More

From the city Salzburg take the bus 🚌 or train to the Village Ramsau, then take the shuttle bus from Village to the Cable station, the bus come every hour !! Rout: Salzburg >Schladming >Ramsau am Dachstein
