I would have thought by now that Mark would have ensured his venue to be covid secure but I’m sorry to say that his staff are letting him down immensely! The majority of staff don’t wear masks or visors, especially the ones that are front of house. The pool staff are therapists not lifeguards, and quite frankly I wouldn’t trust the look of them to save someone! Staff stand around whinging about their jobs and how under supported they are and how little they are paid for the work they do! Staff are constantly on their phones discussing their social lives rather than attending to clients! Such shocking service and shocking covid safety! No one checks if pool or gym members have left, all slots are fully booked, with over 6 on most waiting lists! When you do manage to get a slot for the pool, you find hardly anyone in there!! You’d of thought the staff would listen to the tens and tens of terrible reviews on here and at least clean or adhere to covid rules, but sadly not.

Very disappointed with the way this gym is run. They seem to put all their energy into pushing discount memberships and make no effort to please their existing customers. I would advise people not to be tempted by their 'lifetime' memberships, as this place will probably go under before long.

The worst customer service. Time and time again I’ve tried to contact and every time I send a message they read it & ignore me. However as soon as I get a friend to message the exact same question they respond straight away. Needs better and more qualified staff that can actually give out a good customer service.
