AWESOME DAY kayaking, watching the dophin frolic, seeing sea turtles & manatees.
Matt was SO ACCOMMODATING and really went above and beyond to make our families experience one to remember. We will use Ponce Inlet Water Sports every chance we have. Fantastic!

I was in the area back in November and found the backwater fishing trip and thought I would take it. Saw mixed reviews on it and I am really glad I took the chance because it was really amazing. I signed up as a single and was added to a small group. The captain who took us out was patient and very good at finding the fish. We had 2 folks that had never fished before and he was amazing as to how he instructed them and they had a blast. We were out 4 hours on a beautiful day and caught trout, whiting's, grunts, among other types of fish. The boat had all the gear you needed along with a nice cover to keep the sun off of you. You just bring water and snacks if needed. The captain cleaned the keepers and gave it to us. Our group took the fish to the restaurant next door who cooked it up for us. I will definitely do this again when I am back down in the area.

My family and I went on the echo dolphin tour then the next morning we went on the back Waters fishing charter. Captain Doc and Gina were the best, they were outstanding. We saw a lot of dolphins and different wildlife during the dolphin tour and caught a bunch of fish during the fishing charter. I highly recommend to anyone looking into the dolphin tour or charter.
Gina is amazing and so much fun.
The price for both the dolphin tour and fishing charter are well worth the money.
Thank you Captain Doc and Gina for an amazing time and we are definitely coming back again very soon

We were wanting to fish the ocean when we arrived we were not told that we would not be able to fish the ocean until we were on the water. We were never more then 20 ft from the bank or dock . We should have been advised that we could not have what we requested, Josh said the weather was too bad but the weather forcast said the sea was mild, We paid $450. for a trip and only caught a few fish the size of bait. Don't waste your money with this organization.

Had a great time, family of five. Caught well over 10 species of fish with some nice keepers. My oldest daughter caught a shark and a ray, I landed a 4lb Bluefish. Captain John was great, put us on fish quickly and kept our teens entertained. When all was done, he cleaned the fish introduced us to Joey his pet egret (lol). The kids loved it all, got to catch fish, see dolphin and sea turtles, maybe a manatee. I would highly recommend this group. We've been here twice and they are 10 on the fun scale.

We planned a trip to Daytona and everyone wanted to fish again. This is our second time with Ponce Inlet. We arrived on time met with our Captain and crew, Captain Ingraham and Gina. We started out and it was wonderful as usual. Found a spot to fish and we fished and fished some more. Sister caught the first one, and son caught several, grandsons also caught some. Some of us didn't but it's alright. Everyone didn't want to bait the hook so Gina helped them. I started to bait my own then my sister did it was great. After we fished we did some island hopping, we wanted to find sand dollars which we didn't, lots of sea shells. Overall great day we had a lot of fun. I'll always recommend Ponce to everyone that stays in or near Daytona. Thanks again Ponce for a wonderful time. The Westphal Family

My husband and I booked their private charter boat for four hours for my birhtday with our two kids (11 and 8). We always book with Ponce Inlet Watershots as they are simply the best!! We had Captain Danielle this time who was a fountain of knowledge. Danielle gave us loads of interesting information about the wildlife, eco system and fish. We had an brilliant time (as always) and highy HIGHLY recommend Danielle as a captain. She took us to several different fishing spots and my husband caught a huge bonnet nose shark. As you can see from the photo, we are all very excited about this catch! Thank you Captain Danielle for a brilliant day and thank you Ponce Inlet Watersports for always providing excellent customer service and a professional fun experience. We loved it so much we have booked two more 4 hour fishing trips this holiday!

I’ve taken a lot of boat tours in my life, and this one was at the top of the heap! We had an afternoon to burn at Ponce Inlet and we took the 2-hour tour with Captain Josh. It was just my family of 5, including 3 girls and Josh was awesome at keeping everyone entertained. When he asked us what we wanted to do, I told him, just do your thing, we’re good with any trip! He did not disappoint!
We saw the inlet up close and got a great rundown of local geography and history. Josh was awesome at pointing out points of interest on land and the water. Then he put us right on the dolphins. We saw so many, we lost count. My kids went bonkers when we spotted some baby dolphins. Being a private tour (the only way to go), Josh was able to get us up close and personal to the dolphins and was very knowledgeable about dolphins in general.
We finished up with a stop to fill our pockets up with shells and our two hours were up before we knew it. Josh had some great commentary on the houses and marinas in the area. His boat handling skills were excellent and he is a very personable guide. Overall, we were all very happy with our tour. When we come back to Ponce, we’re looking him up!

We visited Ponce Inlet Watersports for their Dolphin and Manatee boat tour.
As a Floridian who has been on many, many wildlife boat tours, this is one of the best!
We left the dock on time as promised and embarked on an ocean adventure. Immediately, First Mate Jordan spotted a herd of manatees near the jetty and Captain Lee steered us toward the group. We were able to see the manatees up close as they surfaced for air and swam by with their giant, paddle-like tails.
Jordan was impressively knowledgeable about the wildlife and very good at spotting dolphins and manatees among the waves. Her puns and facts about the intracoastal kept us entertained and even taught us new information that we hadn’t heard on other Florida boat tours.
We saw multiple pods of dolphins throughout the trip. We also had the opportunity to stop on an island that appears during low tide. We saw fiddler crabs, pelicans, fish, cormorants, and a few shells. After stretching our sea legs, we made our way back to the boat and returned to the dock.
10/10 experience - worth every penny

Was a lot of fun and great way to kill a couple of hours. Tour guides were quite personable and beautiful scenery. Saw a pod of dolphins but no manatees, they weren’t cooperating the day we went, but it was still fun and we’d recommend it.
