Incredible spot with the most amazing water. Super clean with a stunning rock setting. Not the easiest to access but 100% worth it if you can get there. Recommend the little aqua shoes sold in the town!

Absolutely stunning bay. As many people have rightly said, the closest you will find to the swimming pool of the gods. The multiple photos speak for themselves.
However, as you can see from many of the photos, it is a steep walk down and there is no "beach". The water's edge (and the "towel" area) are made up of hard, sharp rocks that will cut into your feet. Getting into the water without some scratches is virtually impossible and reef/water shoes are an absolute must.
That being said, what a beautiful place, you'll surely take some of the best photos of your life.

An awesome crystal water but will not recommend it if you want to lay and relax, cause there is no place to lay on the rocks and to go down in the water the rocks are sharp.. I would recommend to wear the acua shoes.. But it's a must to visit that beach if you are in Favignana..

I'll start out by saying that I took the pictures but I am still convincing myself it was real. I am well-traveled. This may be one of the most beautiful places I've been.
First of all, I am a solo female traveler. I walked from my hotel, close to the city centre, to Cala Rossa and Bue Marino. I saw cars and bikes all along the trek. It was an afternoon trek, but well worth it if you are an avid walker. Easy flat roads, safe with enough signs and landmarks to ensure you won't get lost.
When I reached the first peak of the crystal blue water, I was amazed. But then I hiked the hills and walked all around the rocks. Stunning! Beautiful! Magic!
The pictures will speak for themselves.
You need to beware of the rocks and stay clear of the edge of the cliffs because it is a bit of a drop. But take your time and enjoy God's masterpiece.

The walk up, the walk down, the crowded uncomfortable beach, and the injuries we sustained getting into the water.
Wear water shoes, sneakers, not flip flops
it is beautiful.

great place for a swim in the Mediterranean, nice, quiet beach, crystal clear water, very rocky, it was about an hours walk from the port but it would be easy to cycle to.

For sure the best beach on Favignana. Looks just stunning. Perfect for snorkeling because of very rich underwater life. Although reaching water is not so easy because of angular and sharp and rocky shore. Also that's the reason why there are not many places to lay down comfortably but believe me - it's all worth it.

... but if you want to just chill on a sandy beach then you are better off one of the other wonderful location that the island offers.
That being said the location is amazing, the rocky beach makes the water so clean and clear, it is really a must see. You can also walk around to fully enjoy the landscape. Don't forget to bring proper shoes as it might get tricky if you are only wearing flipflop...

The water is fantastic--like you have never seen before. Just try and get there early so you can find a good rock to lay out on. Going by bike or scooter is really the most comfortable way to get there as there is no space for parking a car.

Grazie!
