This is a very nice coastal area of Favignana, with several caves aroud, which are crowded in summer time. The sea is very transparent, due to the sand and the good quolity of the water.

Easy to moderate bike ride from town. Wear good shoes as there is some light hiking involved while walking along the coast. Great place to photograph the scenery but not a comfortable beach to lounge at.

Not to be missed once in Favgnana. It is a must to have closed shoes and also swimming shoes as rocks can harm your feet.

Super cool beach. Wonderful view and stunning water colours. Best to be reached with a scooter easily to be rent at the harbour

I cycled to Cala Rossa, which is an easy enough ride. Once you get there it's not so easy to get to the sea. Towards the end you have to clamber over rocks. It's worth it though! Finally I had the view I expected in...More

Possibly one of the nicest places I have ever swam in the sea. Be careful to climb down to the beach and definitely wear water shoes as the rocks are sharp. The water is clean and clear. Great for swimming and snorkeling.

Worth visiting beach although hardly accessible for swimming. The views are stunning and the color of the water is unreal. It is quite far by walking and the road is rural and complicated, so better to take a scooter rather than bicycle.

I found it so peaceful and relaxing. Fresh fish comes in every morning, no matter what local restaurants you go to the meals are great if you love fish. You are better off not taking a car to the island. Favignana has bikes and vespa...More

This is really a cove not a beach. In fact there is no beach or sand to speak of. There is a path down go the rocky outcrops where it is possible to find the odd smooth surface to sit on. By why go to...More

You can snorkel and its pretty good. We dod that yesterday. Favignana town will sell you snorkels. There are also some dive schools around but I didn’t see any rental. I think snorkels and flippers are too cheap to bother... More
