What a great way to spend an afternoon. We had a tour and tasting and really enjoyed it. Picked up a couple things in the gift shop as well.

We visited this area during cranberry festival and really enjoyed the trip. Some of the facts on this time of farming were very informative.

Unique venue. Not everyday one gets to visit a cranberry marsh. There is also a store with unique gifts and food. The wine is good too, especially for Thanksgiving. Try it!

The staff was amazing but the guided tour is a money grab for them. I paid for the tour. the guide showed me pages in a book about cranberries. She took me to the field we walked in a circle and returned in about 8 mins. You could tell she was struggling to keep talking about something to make the... More

When I arrived in the morning, I started off my day by hiking the Little Orville Lake Trail - a nice length (2.5 km), well-marked, and lots to see with little info signs all along the way (and there are several other trails there as well.) After lunch, I went on the "bog to bottle" tour - our guide (Candace)... More

We make it a point to visit Johnson's Cranberry Marsh every time we go to Bala. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Great place no matter what the season. Winter hiking on their property is breathtaking. The wine and all their products are amazing.

We toured the grounds and were greeted by friendly staff. There's a great shop with all kinds of gifts and foods made with cranberries. A must for visitors to the Cranberry Capitol!

My husband and I decided to visit the Johnston's Cranberry Marsh during our weekend gateway. We loved the bottle to bog experience; we aren't big wine drinkers, but, because the wines were so delicious, we walked away with 4 bottles to enjoy at home and 2 to give as gift. We decided to skate while we were there, and the... More

The marsh offers tours for the festival. They sell cranberries and cranberries related products. A great experience for the family. Everyone should try it once! We had a great time and learned all about how they harvest cranberries by flooding the fields.
