We visited Johnston's Cranberry Marsh on Thanksgiving weekend. The wagon-ride through the farm was very informative. We learned a lot about cranberries and the staff was amazing! To stand in a cranberry bog was always on my bucket list and I was very happy to do it. I also loved the cranberry chutney! We had a great time and really... More

I remember when I had gone here when I was a child with my grandparents. I wasn't to introduced in it at first, but after a little while of being there we go to know quite a bit. They told use about a lot about how they do the work.

This is interesting for about 30 min - you can do a short hike during cranberry harvest season to see the cranberries being harvested (do not take the tour - definitely not worth it unless you can't want the 20 min on flat ground to get there). They advertise hiking trails but they are very poorly signed. It seems more... More

We were very excited this October and planned our trip north to include a visit to the bog. However, we were disappointed to arrive (as were others) in time for the bog tour noted online to find out that they were only taking a private group that hour and even though the wagon was only half full they would not... I had no idea that cranberries were grown and harvested this way and would never have even come close to guessing. The walking tour was the only one available when we were there - there was a wagon so maybe they have wagonride tours at other times. They also have a store where they sell a variety of wares. We... I go every year for the cranberries and treats made with cranberries! It is a lovely place to visit. I have taken and highly recommend the guided tour. Lots to see, do and especially TASTE! I will continue to return every year. :)

A fun place to visit to learn about cranberries. The harvest starts in Sept but they are open year round I think. They do wine tastings, I bought a rose (cranberry/Apple) which was really nice with turkey dinner. The gift shop offers lots of cranberry themed things.

I went there last year as well as this year. It does not disappoint. They offer many attractions, you can bring your dog, awesome local place. The little shop is wonderful and you can sit outside and have a bite of something to eat and coffee. The local bee smith also sets up a booth there and sells the most... More

As we had never been to a cranberry marsh before (and I love cranberries) this was a great learning experience. Interesting to see how cranberries are grown, harvested & processed. I now understand why they cost what they do-lots of manual work. The gift shop is very nice. All things cranberry & woodlandish. Bought some cranberry clementine tea-very good. You... More
