Thank you for your question and for thinking of us again. We would love to have you join us again, and will be sure to include all new recipes.
Below is a list of the nights that we have classes, and what those classes include. As for January, we are already getting a bit busy that month, so booking earlier is a better idea--maybe a month early. You can find a link to the calendar with current availability on your website (they wouldn't let me post it here).

Every class includes Agua Fresca non-alcoholic drink and Cafe de Olla coffee
Monday is the Chef's Choice Class, showcasing cuisine from a different State of the Republic each week, featuring a Salsa and Appetizer, Soup, Main Dish and Side Dish; $65 USD per person/ $110 USD per couple
Tuesday is the 5 Course Dinner Class, preparing all of the Chef's Choice courses with an additional Side Dish and Dessert; more elaborate dishes [mole poblano, chiles rellenos]; $85 USD per person/ $150 USD per couple
Wednesday is the Seafood Class, preparing a Salsa, Seafood-based Appetizer, Seafood-based Soup, a Side Dish and Seafood-based Main Dish; we usually use a combination of Shrimp, Scallops or Crab and Fish; $75 USD per person/ $130 USD per couple
Thursday is Group Night, and with groups of 4 or more, we can work together to create a menu! Contact us for options.
Friday is the Salsa and Appetizer Class, preparing Four Fresh Salsas and Chilaquiles with Chipotle Sauce, Cheese and Potato Tacos Dorados, Roasted Poblano Chile and Mushroom Quesadillas on homemade [by you!] tortillas and Tostadas with a Shredded Adobo Chicken Topping; $65 USD per person $110 USD per couple
