Loved our visit to Shakespeare's park on Sunday afternoon. Plenty of good walking and wildlife to see along the way. Don't forget to get the obligatory photo with the huge frame!

We were prepared to be disappointed after driving through mile after mile of suburbia north of Auckland. We visited this park because it was on the map as we traveled up the East Coast of the North Island. What a surprise. This ranks as one...More

Enjoyed seeing the New Zealand dotterals - good luck to the volunteers who are doing such a good job protecting them.

Love the park. Always go for a ramble when we are in Manly. There are trails to suite all abilities. Definitely family friendly!

We are so lucky to have this amazing park of seaviews and farmland. Great walks rain or shine. Some nice beaches too where I have spotted dolphins. Whenever I have travellers staying at my place on the coast, I bring them here!

Shakespeare Park is so beautiful and serene. During the weekend and public holidays it can be busy but visit it on a weekday morning and you sometimes are the only person on the beach! Stunning spot and great for the soul.

A great day trip from Auckland with plenty of hiking opportunities. We did the big loop around the area.
