We just love this sheltered stretch of beach. It is immaculately clean, a wide curving expanse. Our favourite time here is October to March as its a bracing walk. Meter parking adjacent.

We were staying two minutes away from this beach and took our little Yorkie on there every morning. He loved it. Very clean, nice and friendly dogs and people.

summer restrictions in place , one end is for dogs , not sure how this is policed though

All the beaches are dog friendly til may1st. Depending on what type of dog you have I would suggest king Edwards bay beach for a little dog my pug puppy loves it there. All other sizes go to the Longsands beach. There all... More
