A well used, clean beach. Good for dogs. Wander the rock pools or watch the ships heading for the Tyne, or just stroll along the sands.

A lovely stretch of beach to walk a long. Gets very busy in the Summer. Toilets near the beach. Cafes at either end of the beach. Very peaceful on a morning. Worth a visit.

This is a fantastic beach at any time of the year, we love it on Boxing Day or New Year's Day can be bracing but fabulous walk. Then wonderful coffee & scone both ends of the beach have these on offer.
