This cinema was a little pricey when it opened, which put me off. But for the last few years it has had much better pricing, but still retains up-to-date bright screens and fantastic sound quality. This all makes going to the cinema a special event (even though I have a 10ft screen, projector and multichannel sound at home.)

We went to see Wonka over the Christmas school holidays. Whilst the film was great, I'm afraid the cinema was dirty and poorly staffed. Queues for snacks and tickets were incredibly long, with only two people apparently serving, rubbish bins were overflowing, no loo roll or soap in the toilets. Given that this was a lunchtime showing and it was the Christmas holidays, I dread to think what the facilities would be like for those visiting in th evening. Parking also incredibly difficult. I think Vue need to increase their staff, particularly at obvious busy times.

Excellent quick service both at tills and ticket checkin lovely polite helpful staff . Lovely building , very clean . Very reasonable priced tickets Sweets always expensive but you dont have to buy there .
