I love the selection of goodies this garden centre has to offer. Can’t wait for everything to be reopened properly as love the cafe too. Anyone moaning about Covid procedures it’s quite simple, don’t go if you’re that concerned. This shop, as all others, are doing their best and are unable to police every single person that enters the store. Just use your common sense.

Fantastic garden centre, only let down by it's lacklustre covid-19 controls. We went here yesterday. Kids absolutely loved the displays and running around the lovely setting with the buildings being arranged around a stream with lots of foot bridges. The entrance was promising with a defined queue area and people controlling entry, however the hand sanitiser station had no sanitiser left, and once inside, social distancing was out of the window. There needs to be someone on the door telling people they must social distance and wear their mask correctly because it seemed that over 50% of people were breaking the rules one way or another, with some people wearing masks around their chin or with their nose poking over the top, and lots of people barging about without a care for social distancing. I know the garden centre can't be held fully responsible for this, but they do have a duty of care to vulnerable shoppers and it seemed like the staff were as much to blame as anyone else.

Called in today and whilst staff were monitoring people entering it was bedlam inside with people everywhere and social distancing went out of the window. Couldn’t wait to get away but had difficulty finding the Non Sales Exit. Will not be going back until it is safe to do so.

Very good display of Christmas decorations cannot see the point of queuing outside as when you went in there is no social distance in place people not following arrows on floor my husband is one of the vulnerable and I don't think it was safe to take him.

I visited Brigg Garden Centre on Saturday and it was really busy They had no social distancing in operation and people were very close to each other. I felt very uncomfortable and worried so I dry to leave without looking around. Very few staff were on duty and non of them were trying to distance people. I will not visit again until after the Coronavirus pandemic is under control. I feel it is far to dangerous
