Great beginners and intermediate resort.

Spent a week with my wife and daughter. Slopes are wide and not too steep for beginners. No long lines at the lifts. The Hola Nova is more challenging and was ok for intermediate... read more

Lot of easy slopes (blue) for beginners was actually what we were looking for our kids :-) There are few (3-4) red/intermediate slopes (which I would count as a single slope) starting at Nova Hola. Good for one day trip.

It's good for beginners, mostly blue slopes. The sad thing was that 2 days from 4 the snow was melting and no one maintained the slopes, there were many dirty parts on the slopes where we could see the soil. And on the higher slopes we found ice, so it wasn't good enoguh for skiing in the half of our... More

Spent a week with my wife and daughter. Slopes are wide and not too steep for beginners. No long lines at the lifts. The Hola Nova is more challenging and was ok for intermediate skiers . It's a shame that the Nova Hola area and the rest of the resort are not better linked with another run down to the... More

Good place for skiing, goes up to 1360m with red slopes. Crazy food, gotta ski all day to burn those galushkas... Great place to eat : Koliba Goral.

Great place for young children, especially with beginner intermediate parents! Our six year old is now skiing very well and our three year old having fun and giggling lots. Its growing every year, get there before it gets spoilt!

Great place for active relax with my girlfriend. Both of us are very big fans of skiing and in Park Snow are great conditions for this.

Due to the 1-st class road this place (1 000 m a.s.l.) is easy accesible. Tourist can choose a variety of trips from easy walks in the vicinity of this mountain pass to the long hiking at the ridge of the Low Tatras and the Velka Fatra.Views especially towards a cristalline massive of Prašivá or Zvolen hill are stunning. I did three long hikes from the top of Chopok and in the area. It is superb. The views are stunning, the paths are challenging, but rewarding. The only thing missing is more services - more huts with refreshments other then on the top mountain and in the valleys. Also one of the paths goes over a part of the... More
