Overated
Aug 2019 • Couples
Overated, very expensive and bad services better to avoid and choose Posada's beaches, I shall never return again.

Best beach in the area
Aug 2018 • Family
Beach in Budoni is great, with cheap parking (0.30 euro per hour or 2 euro a day). We have visited many beaches in northern Sardinia and we found this one our favorite mainly due to less crowds and a wonderfully clear water like anywhere else here.

Great Beach with a lovely beach-side bar restaurant - La Tavernetta
Sep 2017 • Couples
Budoni beach is yet another lovely Sardinian beach. We went to Budoni for the market discovered on t'interweb. Alas this consisted of three stalls, one fruit, one seafood and one meat and cheese. Does three stalls constitute a market? Anyhow the beach made up for our underwhelming market experience. As per usual for Sardinia, blue seas and sandy beaches.

The beach-side bar restaurant does deserve a mention. Efficiently run nice simple italian food served looking out at the sea and sand. One of our better restaurant experiences and it worked mostly because of its unpretentious simplicity.

Nothing particularly special
Sep 2017 • Couples
I read the reviews on here so went for a day to the beach. One reviewer called it "the Caribbean of Europe" or similar but it's nothing even remotely comparable. The sand is just sand, complete with small rocks, seaweed, tiny shells and lots of it quite course. The sea wasn't particularly turquoise and when entering there are around 5 metres / 15 feet of rocks and pebbles at the start so not particularly enjoyable.

It's nice enough, but don't set your expectations too high.

Just south is Spiaggia Capannizza, I'd recommend that moreso. Better sand, better facilities (shower, toilet, restaurant) and real turquoise water with no rocks.

Beautiful beach
Jul 2017 • Family
A very beautiful sandy beach, which is also very suitable for children. Near the beach is a small forest with shadow. The specialty of the beach is the seller of coconut and pineapple, which from the sale can make a unique event. The only disruptive thing on the beach is occasional stench, which is due to the evaporation of water and rot in the nearby water sleeve.

Beautiful beach
Aug 2017
A beautiful beach with golden sand and turquoise sea. The beach spreads for several kilometres. Well worth a visit. However, if you are staying at the Janna e Sole be aware that the shuttle bus drops you at the top end of town and it is a 30 minute walk to the beach from there. Still, we don't regret visiting it.

Gorgeous long sandy beach
Jul 2017 • Couples
Miles and miles of white sandy beach, with shallow warm turquoise waters!

Can be busy in places but if you walk on further you can easily find a quiet area for the day. In the afternoon the wind picks up so we had to tie our parasol down with rocks but I think this is typical of the island.

Caribbean quality beach within 2hr flight! :-)
