位于常州前后北岸历史街区最核心的部分，但其实这里现在是民居，并不对游客们开放，所以只能在大门外看看而不能入内。

清代文学家史学家的故居

拜访之前首先要了解开放时间，并不是每天都对外开放的。是在原故居的基础上保留了原故居五进的结构建造的（现在第一跟第五两进以毁），景点不大，名气也不大，不如瞿秋白纪念馆，但是是个清静了解书斋的好去处。值得推荐

中国の歴史に関心があれば

清代１８世紀から１９世紀初めの文人・学者、趙翼が住んでいた邸宅です。考証学・史学史において名高い『廿二史箚記』の著者なので中国の歴史に関心があるのであれば、訪問の価値ありです。白い漆喰が塗られた江南風の落ち着いた邸宅です。
