Just finished 7 day tour of Tuscany with Carol. It was a trip to celebrate my husband's birthday with a group of 5 couples. This trip was over 6 months of planning, and Carol worked diligently with me to come up with a perfect itinerary and executed it, too. Our focus was on different regions of wine in Tuscany. It was an added bonus that Carol herself was able to lead our group. The end result was seamless; all 10 participants thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Carol is accommodating, flexible and very knowledgeable about the region. She speaks the language of wine and food. Her suggestions were spot on, from chartering a boat to do a day trip to Cinque Terre, to spending the last day of the trip relaxing in a spa in Bagno Vignoni. I would heartily recommend Carol to design and lead a tour in Italy.

The Montepulciano tour was a great tour. Carol was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and engaging. Her personal experiences brought life to our tour. We learned about the biodiversity during on our stroll around Lago Di Montepulciano. The winery tour and lunch was amazing. We highly recommend this tour or any tour with Carol’s Moveable Feast!

Carol gave us an unforgettable day in Chianti Classico the heart o Chianti, Her excellent choices of vineyards according to our wishes turned our just amazing!!
We visited 3 different quiet small vineyards each with it’s own signature. We are so very great full to you Carol for really going all in giving us this experience and to share the day in your splendid company. We warmly recommend everyone who are interested in really high quality to spend a day with Carol, she speaks excellent english since born in Boston and are extremely service minded.
Pick up and return to the camping and 20 years of experience of living in Italy. 10/10 just fantastic!!

Carol was just a fantastic host. we arranged a three day tour with her, carol was very informative about the Tuscan region and was full of ideas of what we could do during our time in Tuscany!!!
we had a fantastic cooking class day, which was our highlight of our time in Italy.our other days were spent in Wineries and Siena.... just amazing!
Carol was easy to connect with, and always willing to accommodate all our needs and things that we wanted to see/experience.
We loved being around Carol we had many laughs and exchanged many stories. we can wait to go on another tour again soon!

We loved our time with Carol! She was extremely kind and thoughtful of our wishes. She was so willing to help us with even details of our visit to Tuscany that were outside her planning. Carol is prompt and generous and very professional. Carol is enthusiastic about her beloved Italy and we will recommend her to all of our friends and will use her services again when/if we are fortunate enough to visit Italy again.

Carol provided an excellent cultural and educational trip for our small group in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. She made local connections which far exceeded what is normally found on a travel tour. Carol allowed us to immerse in the history and foods of Parma, Bologna and Modena. I sincerely consider the trip more than a once in a lifetime grand adventure. I believe it would be a true gift to travel with Carol again. In fact, it is on my bucket list.

Carol arranged the best tour we had during our trip in Italy! Her great knowledge of the area and of local producers allowed us to discover many hidden places that we could never have explored or found on our own. She loves food, wine, people and will introduce you to the many delicacies around Tuscany, Emilia Romagna––and many other regions in Italy. We loved the tortellini we had with her and her pasta chef in Bologna! Can't wait to be back again to Italy and do it all over again!

My sister and I travel together to Europe once a year. We don’t want the normal touristy tour. We were referred to Carol from a past tour we did. She was great to work with in creating a perfect three days. We had diversity and unique visits with wine makers, cheese makers, olive tours, and a chocolatier. And so much more. Could not have asked for a better tour and trip to the Tuscany area.

My dream vacation had always been to go to Italy for a couple of weeks with my wife. I am Italian and yet even at my age I had never been. This past October we finally arrived in Tuscany. Let me say it was incredible in every way. We were fortunate to be introduced to Carol Sicbladi who lives in Tuscany and has for over 20 years has been a professional travel and event guide. After speaking with her we decided that she was the only person we wanted to manage our stay in Tuscany and let her organize our entire trip including lodging, events centered on food, wine, olive oil, cheese and don’t forget the chocolate. The only effort I made was to decide airline and pay the fare.
My wife and I decided with Carol to spend a few nights in 3 locations in Tuscany. Carol organized private tours of two beautiful wineries, pecorino cheese and olive oil farms. We were treated to delicious authentic meals prepared by the owners and their families. We went to see one of the most recognized chocolatiers in Italy and saw chocolate made the old way and followed that to a famous terra cotta factory.
For me it was like being home, so comfortable and engaging. Carol is very connected and has an extensive network of people who love to guide and host her clients. I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years and have owned and operated luxury resorts and hotels, and it is this experience that leads me to say… I could not be more impressed with Carol and her ability to organize and execute the many things that made our trip memorable. We will see Carol again next year and hope that you will have the same opportunity
