It's a nice little sightseeing destination if you want to spend the night before and early flight or if have time before flying out of Fiumicino (Rome) airport. It's close to the airport and nice and relaxing

Is not always open, but we were lucky! You can walk between the ruins of the old Roman harbour and discover part of a huge organization, they are still opening new areas, we walked for about two hours. Free entrance, for a unique piece of history.

This is a pleasant walk from most hotels near the airport. There are shops and an abundance of restaurants. You just have to select the type of food you want to eat. The area is excellent for seafood.
