    Nice looking but Not outlets
Aesthetically it’s pretty . Lovely landscaping. It’s nice to wander around but a long way to travel for very little to no discounts. It’s Not comparable to US shopping outlets ,which I think people think/hope it will be. Think high end labels with maybe 10% off. It’s luxury which = €€€.The food is expensive too. The young guy in Nike was rude ,got a vibe. Found staff in the other outlets nice , especially the ladies in Molton Brown. Tip: Do not go if it’s raining!

Art Gallery - the icing on the cake at Kildare Village
I and my family visited the Kildare village today for a day out shopping and to my amazement realised there was an art gallery in the village. This is great! Massive boost to the village bringing something different. The cherry on the top. We visited the gallery and would recommend this to anyone who is visiting the village. Great works of art on display and a very welcoming owner! 🙏☘️

Great for shopping. Inadequate parking, restaurants and toilets.
I come here at least twice per month, for 21 yrs now Nothing much has changed Great place to shop. Big downfall is not enough restaurants and even queuing for all the men's toilets. Very little thought put into providing adequate restaurants, toilets and car parking. I booked my parking space online arrived and there were no car park spaces.

Perhaps not as many offers as at other times of the year
We go to Kildare village twice a year and always enjoy our visit. We have never visited in December before and while the village was beautifully decorated for Christmas, there weren't the same number of offers as there were at other times when we visited. We still managed to find some bargains especially in Molton Brown. Staff at the village were kind and helpful. We had booked 2 mobility scooters and staff were very good at getting these for us. I would highly recommend the hands-free shopping which is free for all visitors.

    First time visit.
The journey was a bit longer than expected due to Sat Nav's deciding I needed to see some of the best of rural kildare. Very happy to arrive but then I was directed to Carpark no 1 even though my friend had parked on the other side of the village I could not meet her there. Made it to the loo, spotlessly clean, and eventually met my friend after asking directions to a particular shop from one of the many security staff. Good selection of retail units. Lacking sit down eateries/coffee shops. Had a nice but very small over-priced flat white coffee at Starbucks and later some tasty dumplings from a take-out van for €9. Very friendly and helpful staff in all the shops we visited. Levis shop had quite a queue for the changing rooms which was a bit off-putting. First time visit won't be the last.

    Super day out
I took a friend from Australia on a day out to Kildare village last Thursday. It also happened to be sale day in the village. We browsed around and had a leisurely lunch. We got some great bargains and had a really relaxing girls day out

    Not bothered to return
You’d imagine that you’d get some bargains here as Kildare Village is promoting itself as an outlet. But sadly this is not the case. Staff in most stores are quite snobby. Even though I live within a hours drive it’s not an enticing day trip

Nice to walk. Not sure about shopping
Nice place to walk around, clean, nice, very beautiful playground for children, caffès, and even very beautiful toilets. Very pleasant for a day off Shopping? Not so sure… They sell leftovers of old collections. After discussing my suspicion with the assistants there, I conclude that the quality of the products might not be the same as in the main luxury stores. Also, was surprised to see that some brands bring the best models as exhibits, but not for sale! Finally, the heavy luxury brands are not there

    Blooming expensive
Called here as part of our tour on a coach holiday. Plenty of top name brands. They sure know how to change people. Didn't buy anything as I thought it was too dear, only 1 person out of our group bought anything the rest said too expensive. Places to eat and drink, toilets available

I bought a tefal actifry xl in this store last October. I had to return as it is not working properly since buying , I was told I could not have a refund or exchange as it was after the 30 day policy . Staff were not very nice getting defensive with me . I explained it is not a product I use everyday but I had contacted tefal to try to get solutions to the problem .i tried a number Of suggested ways to cook food but to no avail . The product was sent for repair I rang on the 22 February to collect it , I went today as I am over an hour away . I asked what was fixed on the machine I was told they didn’t know but because you got a phone call it must be fixed . I asked the girl could she find out what was done to the machine she gave me a business card of the company they send it too and I can ring them myself ... I will never buy in this store again customer service is appalling and the policy of 30 days is not good enough for electrical products ... I am very dissatisfied

Wow I am not sure how I managed to never visit before now. Personally I was blown away so many gorgeous shops and products to choose from. A good idea is to pre-book your free car parking, the guys very helpful with directions. The only shop I had to virtual queue was Michael Kors but you get texts to let you know your place in the queue and when to make your way back. When I did get in, it really felt like I had a personal shopper moment, the staff were very helpful. The perfect mixture of letting you browse but being on hand if you have any questions. Great sale on and gorgeous quality products. Went up and down and around and around. Treated myself and bagged a few bargains too. Toilets near Starbucks but not loads of places to eat all sweet stands like ice cream and doughnuts. There was a take away noodle place but wasn't sure without tables and chairs available there, how you would enjoy it fully. Only found two kids clothes shops. Plenty of well known brands Armani, Clarin's, Nike, Calvin Klein, Prada, Dune, Bedeck, Lacoste, DKNY, Swarskovi, Hugo Boss, Ted Baker, Jimmy Cjoo, Fossil and Pandora to name but a few. It is all totally pedestrianised and easy to walk around and don't forget your mask. Definitely something for everyone. Just be mindful not to get too caught up with the bright lights, smells and music all geared towards the consumer to spend, spend, spend. Easy to find from the south of the country very straightforward and passing by Newbridge Silverware n route. Will be back go and visit you will be impressed.

Every think what it would be like to be invisible??
Wonder no more, just visit the Tefal shop at Kildare Village and have the invisible experience.
Witness the amazing x-ray powers of the sales staff who can look right though you without acknowledging your presence. You can drift in and out of this store ,at even the quietest time, and never to be seen or acknowledged. It’s not just a once-off experience the staff always behave this way.
Seriously, its bad manners to consistently ignore people ,if assisting customers is the reason why you are there!Try say hello sometimes ,at least , it will make a difference.

Tommy Hilfiger. I visited this store 29/09/2020. I met both Katie and Karen their customer service was amazing and yesterday I dealt with Katie she did everything they could to help me with the product I was buying as the size was not correct she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations as a customer. I also met Karen once 6 months ago looking for different sizes again she was fantastic and genuinely interested in getting the size I needed surpassing my expectations. When I returned to the store yesterday she remembered the specific item I bought at the time and asked if it was fitting ok. That to me is outstanding customer service.

Queued for fifteen minutes to get in , three cashiers only one working .two stood talking . Disgusting dark fake tan and over long ugly talons. Five in queue . Sour glances from gossiping pair but no assistance . I left after ten minutes as original person still being served ,one hundred euros worth of merchandise discarded.

We stopped in here to get coffee and sandwiches at around noon. As this was holiday time and sales time it was difficult to park and parking spaces not clearly defined so some cars took up 2 spaces. Two coffee houses [one chain) had queues and we saw a noodle/fresh food place where you sat outside. As the queues were long we decided not to wait and left. I checked out a few shops and did not find any great sales here. There is free parking

While I can see the appeal for some people, we really only visited Kildare Village to see what all the hype was about. We went on an extremely wet and windy day which wasn't ideal for a glorified shopping centre which is not under cover like some centres we have visited in the past.
Price wise I really didn't see any bargains although some shops were so crowded by people sheltering from the weather that it was difficult to see everything the shops offered.
We are fans of Murphy's ice cream so it was great to be able to treat ourselves although €11 for 2 small tubs seems a bit expensive.
The 'village' reminded me of the outlet centre at Gretna, Scotland but without the more affordable shops.

Parking is OK. Choice of restaurants are poor and they're overpriced for basic foods.
Some of the stores have great discounts but others have none at all. It's not a place you'd bring your kids to be honest. Choice of stores are for middle aged/ older generation. I would recommend not visiting to often because the stock doesn't change too often.- I have worked in the village so I know myself.

Always love a trip to Kildare as I always find something I love. On this occasion I got a stunning All Saints dress reduced from €225 to €65! The layout is great, so enough space to socially distance! The one thing I would say is there restaurant options are limited and not great, hopefully they’ll improve this in the future! Free parking. If you’re after branded stuff at great prices then def worth a visit, give yourself at least a few hours!

It's great to see Kildare Village continuing to grow. Extra shops and the expansion will make it even better. The booking system for car park was impressive and the marshals around the car park a big help.
