Hideous is not even a word close to how terrible it was my child came back when I was sitting there having a coffee of what I thought was chocolate but I smelled him and it was A LUMP OF HUMAN WASTE!!!.I went up to investigate the slide and I found to my HORROR I FOUND HUMAN WASTE ALL OVER THE SLIDE. I immediately alerted staff about the incident and they did absolutely nothing about it 🙄 my child had to get a shower AND THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME NO DISCOUNT given 😡🤬 I did share on social media to MOMMY BLOG EVERYONE DM’d me and said that they will not be bringing there children ever again.

Just back from a trip today with my partner and two young boys. I have to say since this place was taken over its been very good since. The food and coffee is much better. I reviewed it back last year and have been back a number of times since. However as a result of the place getting bussier through birthday parties the eye is being taken off the floor with tables dirty. No cleaning sprays being used. The place is freezing . More concerning to me is that there are a large number of balls from other areas lying on the floor outside the main structure scattered around, with lots of kids running around with no padding on the outer rim on the walls. It is a recipe for disaster. One attendant on the floor. I know it's busy but there should be at least two on the floor at all times keeping an eye and clearing and cleaning if not three. I saw another man mention it to an attendant and whatever he said it did get sorted within 10 minutes. Busy is good as it is a nice place but you can't take your eye off the ball when it comes to Health and safety. It wouldn't deter me from going back.

Iv come here a few times with my nephew and niece. It's a bit of a drive for us but the kids like the size of it. I was there today at 4pm. My nephew wanted a treat so we went to the counter, no one in queue, a lady with short black hair (foreign) was there and my nephew pointed at the popcorn and I asked her very nicely is there any popcorn. She said 'No' so bluntly and rudely. I was pretty shocked. So I asked again will be there any made? She just looked at me like 'I just answered you kind of way' and said once again 'no' so abruptly. I was appalled. No, sorry or anything. And my nephew was confused by the way she was. She works in childcare and customer service! My nephew seemed a little freaked out by the way she was. He's only 5. The other staff were very nice. Especially the nice young blond girl behind till just after. I'll think twice before I come back though.

Hi Sarah, I am sorry to hear about this. The lady you were talking to is the main chef in The Playbarn and she has little english. I can asure you that she wasn't being rude, most of the time she is in the kitchen and does not deal with customers. She sometimes is there to clean the coffee bar but doesnt serve customers. I am sorry again for your experience and we hope to see you in The Playbarn in the near future.
