Attended Page Sieffert's 7 day pilates retreat at her home base of Pilates Nosara in Nosara, CR. Absolutely loved the experience. Almost every day mat and equipment pilates classes were offered as part of the retreat. The classes were lovely and I appreciated, as always, being able to experience a different teaching style and options than what I am used to at home in my regular routine. In addition, Page and her team organized multiple activity options including surfing, zip lining, tamale making, and others, and most costs were included. These activities helped us to learn more about CR and the surrounding region, as well as meet and interact with local residents. I would absolutely go to this retreat again as there is so much to explore!

I took Mat classes with Ali, Kari and Jenni and of course Page. I started with Pilates because of a pain in my leg and back and I always felt a big relief after taking the classes. I did not have a lot of Pilates experience and their instructions are easy to follow. I love the studio and location at the Bodhi Tree and getting a smoothie after class at the Juice Bar - the perfect morning! Highly recommend visiting when you are in Nosara.

I had the pleasure of learning from Page, from Pilates Nosara, taking her pilates elevated course. It’s a 12 week program that will not disappoint. Lots of material is covered and it’s truly a gift for myself and my clients. Her background in Ayurveda adds an extra layer of expertise that is truly unique. One week of Pilates, fabulous food, and making friends. Page, owner of Pilates Nosara, sponsors and teaches at her yearly remote retreats. They are always in wonderful places around the globe, but this year, in Mallorca at the Cal Reiet, was just stunning. Visually Beautiful and delicious vegan food, magnificent accommodations, and Pilates twice a day. Just one week inspires one to continue the practice daily. Page and her instructors went over and above with their instruction. Can't wait for next year. Possibly somewhere in the Greek Isles!
