Ok - so I am a serious mountain biker and requested to rent a full suspension, pro level carbon bike and specifically requested Specialized. Aaron the owner arranged a Specialized EPIC full suspension carbon bike in perfect working order. This is a first because most bike shops in these types of locations rent out really poorly maintained bikes. In addition, Aaron organized a ride for me with his lead guide Haro and some local riders who were awesome. You can do really hard core tough rides inland with serious climbing and descents or take an easy coastal ride - your choice. For me this was a great training camp with good equipment. I also did a number of rides with al local rider who was very fit who was introduced to me by Aaron. Dale Duro is the real deal - high quality bikes, good service and support and prompt responses to email! I would go back just for the riding!!

The guidebooks say that you go to Nosara for the surfing & yoga but It's time to add another sport to the list. We love the atmosphere of this little town including these rock roads and dirt that surrounds the air from beach to beach. It's no beach cruise, although they offer that tour too, but Dale Duro Mountain Bike Tours can get you from Nosara to Santa Teresa, Costa Rica in a two-day all inclusive package that's hard core. Food, road support, lodging for the night in Playa Coyote & expert guides all the way there with a cushy jeep & a cold Pilsen (or 2) for the way home -
