The only thing worth doing at the park and possibly in the whole of Mauritius. If you think about the cost of living in Mauritius, though, it is the biggest rip-off ever. However, if you are happy to pay the money, and you like your felines, you definitely will not regret it.

If some one afraid of - just forget it - all 45 minutes it's "mi-mi-mi" all the time. Cats, but little bit large. Try it - it will be one of moment to tell to your grand children about.

Walking with lions was an awesome experience and one I will always remember. You need to wear flat shoes preferably walking boots or trainers as the ground is rough and some wet areas. The keepers look after you well and the lions - clearly not tame - are fabulous. The walk takes about an hour or slightly more depending on... More

Walking with lions is hard to imagine. With guides you are escorted through a wooded area with the lions. They are used to humans so they perch on rocks for you to be able to stroke them and if brave enough you can also hold their tails. Great fun and something different to talk about when you get home.

What an incredible experience this proved to be, we all felt privileged to be so close to these magnificent creatures as to be able to touch them with only... More

Walking With The Lions is the numero uno attraction at Casela. While a tad expensive, the near half - hour experience is more than worth it! Walking alongside the majestic beasts, petting them, feeding them and posing for photos with some of the deadliest creatures around, all in a safe environment, is sure to be an experience that'll give you...
