Really nice beach and able to take good walks. Gentle surf. You will find mostly locals (both families and couples).

Sandy beaches were a rare find on our trip, and this one was beautiful. It was very quiet, and seemed like a place visited mostly by locals. Good stop for a first/last swim on your way to/from the airport, or a nice beach to visit if you're staying at Coconut Bay resort and want to wander a little further. Nice... More

Sandy Beach really did complete our trip. We stayed at Coconut Bay Resort and their beach was full of seaweed or turtle grass as they call it. Not one of my family would get in the water there. The resort was great so I don't want to give the wrong impression about it however the beach was not the best.... More

This is the real st Lucia. .. My favourite chilling spot on the island. Great for families. . Two fantastic locally run bars with music and great food. .great atmosphere you will not be bombarded with people trying to sell you trinkets and souvenirs. . The beach has a great security level. . My ultimate favourite place. .😊😊😊

Nice beach too relax on especially at the restaurants on the beach which are reasonably priced. Be very cautious cause robbery happens there sometimes during the week when it's often secluded, but there's usually beach parole there. Its better to swim on the left side of the beach the waves are calmer there. it may be very noisy on holidays locals normally... Beautiful sand & warm waters. This beach is very popular with the locals, but they don't visit it until sun down, so in the day it's empty! And who needs the crowded Maho Beach in St.Maarten? ! Watch planes take off nearby from the airport not far from Sandy beach, and it's just the same, but safer!

Very calming waters, horses trotting by as you take a walk. Upfront view of Maria islands. Watching the kiteboarders as you walk along the beach is pretty neat. As you walk, thre are also a few food shacks and bars . Out in the water you can see the end fishing on the canoes, or simply kayak

The beaches are clean, the water is clear and the snorkeling is beautiful. The people and shops that are on shore are friendly and not pushy.

Didn't seem to matter what time of day, ocean was always warm. Loved walking the beach and watching the waves.
