Existing but small
Mar 2018 • Family
I found the same as a very good place that reflecting the old style of Al Qassim life with providing some example of the tools that been previously used in thier ancient life. But the museum is so small to reflect the history of that old area, plus it was not reflecting the history of the are on time frame years wise as usually we can see in museums but it had reflected the subject from the aspect of antiques or some unique old vehicles which didn’t reflect the old history and culture in a proper way as I believe

An interesting glimpse into local history
Nov 2016 • Business
This modest museum offers a glimpse into local history and culture. it is not the Guggenheim or the MOMA, but it can provide you with a better understanding of the region and its past.

Wonderful museum
Oct 2016 • Friends
I have visited this beautiful museum while in Buraydah and it was a great experience. The place is very clean and tidy. The museum shows the history of the middle region of Saudi Arabia in a nice way. You can experience how the people used to live and everything about the area in the past.
Great experience

Cars and camels
Mar 2016 • Business
I was honoured with a special visit to this museum, which was opened specially for myself and a colleague. The most spectacular exhibit is the car used by King Abdul Aziz on his visit to the city. This enormous white Cadillac fills the entrance area. Other exhibits take visitors through life in the region, showing mainly everyday household objects and mock-ups of living quarters. Realising how far the nation has developed over the years from reliance on camels to oil and cars is not difficult. Although the explanatory video didn't work on our visit, we gained a good understanding of life in Qassim. Apparently a new building is planned so the displays are due for improvement.
