It's a Fortress in İzmir Province, Turkey. It’s Located Near the North-East of the Now-Use Harbour in the Pirata Quarter. The Cattle Castle is believed to have been built during the Seljuk era. The Most Important Repair Phase of the Fortress Refined During the Aydynos and Ottoman Period took place between 1521-1522, when the ruins of Theos were used as a stone's crate by Brilliant Mustafa Pasha, Naval Commander of Kanuni Sultan Suleiman, preparing for the Transition to Rhodes on the proposal of Piri Reis during the Ottoman Period.

Like the setting of a romantic movie.
The little village looks like a fairy tale, every corner is carefully renovated, there are lovely flowers popping out from windows, chic cafes and restaurants, cool art shops and boutique hotels.
We sat here for a cup of tea, took a few pictures there, walked on the next street for an ice cream, entered that garden for a beer and kept strolling around all the evening, buying souvenirs and tasting snacks. We didn't even notice how the time passed.
Visited the place in a Monday afternoon, so it was not that busy.

The center of the old town. Narrow streets with motels and restaurants, cafes and bazaar. A must see.

History, nature and technology are worn out this little fortress. Its history goes back to the Seljuk period.

On October 2nd when we went from Izmir to Seferihisar, we also walked through the mosque where one of the attractions was this castle, which is used as some market.
