For me it was not clear if it was a monuent of liberty or something else that date to modern architecture but still was not something so impressive. It is placed in the area of the train of karagaac and in fine arts faculty.

A modern monument, with a strong symbolic meaning. Treaty of Lausanne has set the boundaries of modern Turkey, and the major western powers recognized newly founded Turkish Republic in 1923.
