De Plompetoren is part of the Natinal Park Oosterschelde a must see to explore by bike or by foot. The tower has a nice exibtion and if you climb to the top you get a nice overview from the park and it surounding

Came across this tower while cycling along the Oosterschelde River from Zierikzee to Haamstede. The only remnant of a village that was lost to the sea in an earlier century.
