I look at Museums differently than many. I'm rarely awestruck by any art being an artist. Not that I'm a great one, but I know what goods art. I really enjoyed this museum. It has the only Van Gogh that's outstanding and important. It has...More

The museum, which is in an attractive sculpture park, is located in the Hoge Veluwe National Park and, so, it is pleasantly rural and quiet. After the Van Gogh Musuem in Amsterdam, it has the largest collection of paintings by the artist and, also, many...More

I made my second visit to Kroller Mueller this past April. I very much like the collection of Van Goghs at KM. The group of French paintings from the late 19th century, while not particularly large, is also good. I also liked the small samples...More

This is a very unique museum. There is art of all types indoors, but the sculpture garden outside is best, from my point of view. The cafeteria here is more like a really good restaurant I would love to make a regular visit! Food was...More

This is an amazing museum with a huge sculpture park. The museum has more modern art including a large collection of Van Gogh paintings and other import artists. The museum building itself is nice and modern and the number of people visiting was not overwhelming...More

The art collection is good, but if you are based in Amsterdam and want to see Van Gogh, go to the Van Gogh Museum (which has infinitely many more Van Goghs and superb explanations) and save yourself a 2+ hr trip by tram, train and...More

We visited this Museum to view more of Van Gogh's works and were not disappointed. The entire collection of works by many different artists was exceptional and together with the sculpture garden, it was a wonderful day.

Having already visited the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, we were not expecting a vastly different experience. But the absence of overcrowding here made it much more enjoyable. Add to that the pleasant sculpture garden and the availability of the free white bikes right outside...More

My only disappointment was that it technically closes at 4:30pm! WAY before dusk in the summertime, and I wish the sculpture gardens/grounds were open later. But it was all astoundingly fun. The museum itself is loaded with wonderful art, a surprisingly less than wonderful cafe....More

You do not need to book in advance. Nevertheless check on their website as there is a special on Van Gogh where you might have to. You can take a train to Arnhem and then a bus or taxi. Taxi from Amsterdam will be expensive... More

If you're catching the train to Ede-Wageningen and it's the bus to Otterlo and to the Kroller-Muller that you mean, you can pay for a group ticket on the first bus you get on to outside the station at Ede-Wageningen. This... More

Renting a car is the best option! You will want to enjoy every part of the museum and the Park! It was hot when we were there with humidity so biking would have been less enjoyable! I agree with leaving early so you can... More
