This is one of the best places we have visited recently. Grate place for families with children, grate effort of the community of Guardamar. I wonder for something that I have noticed - how all the birds inhabitants of the park stay there only without having a fence. We cnow that, for instance chicken, have very individual characters and they would eskape any area to research a new one. But living there without any fence is a miracle to me. Do you have any idea how it is ppossible?

The best place in Guardamar to have a walk, spend a time, and hide from the summer sun. Children can see waterfalls, ponds with peacocks, turtles, ducks, goose. It’s also a playground for small children with sandy surface. And, funfair with few attractions for children.

Such a lush green space with lots of welcome shade from the hot summer sun.

So much wildlife to watch from an abundance of peacocks/ hens and ducks freely roaming around to hundreds of terrapins in the pond. I could have stayed watching & wandering for hours.

A really peaceful and happy place.

This is such a lovely place to sit in the shade or walk and watch the peakcocks, and the dicks on the pond. So tranquil. And beautiful. We always make a point of visiting when we are in Guardamar.

Lovely Park with loads of shade and occasional Dali-esque mosaic features. One side of the park (north) hosts a number of restaurants where towns folk and tourists can be found there of an evening people-watching whilst savouring the culinary fare.
On the east side the night market stalls come alive each evening selling a variety of stuff usually associated with tourist haunts. The south side of the park is a young childs dream, with loads of fairground rides and stalls coming alive in the early evening - selling the usual sugar loaded goods we all like to indulge in (waffle, crepes etc). The rides are cheap enough ranging from €2 upwards - a great, if temporary distraction, for the young ones.
This park is probably best enjoyed in the early to late evening.

This is a lovely park. Great for a stroll at any time, as the trees keep you sheltered during the hot summer days. The pond is great for kids (and big kids too!)

Excellent stroll, fresh air close to the centre and sea front, a lot of history explained through the park itself.
Very spacious and pleasant atmosphere all through the park.

We've been coming to this park for 15 years, its lovely with the ducks, peacocks and terrapins. There's a good children's play area too. The local council keep it all well maintained and clean. In the hot summer its a nice cooler spot under the trees for a stroll, and close to the beach, cafes and restaurants too.
