We went snorkeling with Dossotaigua Dive Center with kids (10 &13). It was a really wonderful experience and all members of our family enjoyed the outing. Our instructor/guide was excellent, spoke English fluently, and we had quite a bit of fun. The entire staff was very supportive and helpful and did an excellent job guiding us while maintaining a sense of humor :) I highly recommend this for families!

It is a really nice and good dive centre. They speak English, so you don't need to necessary speak Spanish. I have been diving with them for about 15 dives, and i can't wait to go there again this summer!!

I really enjoyed diving with the Dossotaigua team. They are lively and very friendly shop, who speak good English. With 2 to 3 dive options every day, it is easy to get a few convenient dives in. It was my first time diving in the Med, where I completed 4 dives in two days. The water is about 22 deg C, so a 5 mm wet suit is needed. I rented one through the shop. The shop supplies HP steel80 tanks, which are fixed with both DIN and yoke valves. The gear appeared to be in great shape. (I brought my own gear.) Be prepared to set up and carry gear to the van, which will be used transport you and the gear directly to the boat. Note the boat does not have a cover for sun protection. After each dive, the boat returns to the marina to drop off/pick up divers and new tanks. If you are doing a second dive, the shop supplies sandwiches and water, which is a nice touch. The first dive was on the Boreas, which is wreck that you can penetrate. The other three dives consisted of your basic marine life and explore the adventure of underwater canyons. I saw a lot of large school of small fish, starfishes, and jellyfishes. I missed the eagle ray! The dive shop had a large rinse tank for gear and places to allow the gear to dry. They also had a changing room with hot showers to wash up. I left my dry clothes in the changing room for when I returned. A week after I dove with Dossotaigua, they experienced a fire that destroyed their shop. :-( Fortunately nobody was injured. Contact Nuria (one of the owners) via email or Facebook to get more details about when they will be up and running again. Nuria was very responsive via email and was quick to answer my emails. I wish them the best to get the shop back in order!
