This was walking distance from our accommodation, but seek it out if you are further afield. Lovely little chapel on a promontory with fabulous views of the coast.

Very nice views and easy access. The fact that the beach/Praia da Senhora da Rocha is protected by cliffs is not only a great advantage for the fishermen, it also offers shelter to tourists when the wind is very strong.

This is a wonderful spot to see the coastal line and watch the sun set. There is a small church that holds ceremony's but the views from here are incredible.

Worth a visit if staying locally - the views of the beaches and cliffs are quite dramatic. Beaches below are pleasant with one side guarded by Lifeguards - umbrellas not permitted in main area but are outside marked zones on guarded beach. There was a...More

This is a lovely little chapel, situated on a penisualar, offering great views and photo opportunities. Interesting to read the history and see the candles lit. Would recommend this as a stop off if doing some sightseeing.

There is a small chapel on a small peninsula between two bays. You can not enter but through the windows you can still see the beautiful altar. From the peninsula you have beautiful views over the sea, the rocks and the sandyl bays

This promontory has an old chapel built on it. The views of the beaches either side are excellent. Nice place to have a walk and light a candle for those no longer with us.
