A nice option if you're spending an afternoon in Alcoutim. It's a short boat ride to Sanlucar de Guadiana (Spain) and once there you can opt to return by zip line or take a walk inside the small but beautiful village. The highlights are the church of Nuestra Señora de las Flores and San Marcos Castle. Recommended!

A wonderful place to visit! Not only can you take a leisurely trip up the Guadiana river but you can 'Zip' across the river on the first zip line in Europe to go from one country to another - from Spain to Portugal!!!! A must visit!!
