Went here today having been a bit confused about which thermal baths to visit. I think my husband chose well as this place seemed pretty perfect, if a little expensive compared to other prices in Poland (75 pln each for 3 hours). There were three main outside pools, one of which was covered and the temperature of the perfect bath - this was definitely my favourite. The inside pool was large with various jacuzzis dotted around the place. We queued for quite a while for the blue slide but I wouldn’t do that again- I get bad motion sickness and it made me feel ill! Three hours wasn’t really enough so if we have time, we will go again for the whole day for 99 pln each. We didn’t have anything to eat or drink but the prices seemed reasonable and the parking was free. We arrived at 10.30am and I was a bit worried about social distancing but it really wasn’t too bad - busy without being overcrowded.

We were there for third time, first time in the summer. What to say, I missed the snow around the pool, where I could lay for a minute and then back to hot water :-D But, that was a great experience although. After some fast hike to Gubalowka and a walk in Zakopane city, it was great to cool down and swim for 60 minutes in the coolest pool. After that hydro-massage and other pools were relaxing. We left the place relaxed and fresh.

Visited early evening, the pools were very busy. I purchased the 45 minute option. There is only 45 minutes or 3 hours to choose from. It is not worth buying online as you still have to wait in line.. They seem to have an issue with shoes and require you to have a pair of flip flops to change into before being allowed pass the security gate. The changing room is unisex and there are lots of lockers and changing cubicles. When I arrived the majority of the cubicles were full and I had to search for an empty one. The lockers use the wrist band you are given and can be a bit tricky. Took me a couple of times to get it working. There is no English signage to anything in the pool area that I saw. In fact the only English wording I saw for the visit was on the lockers. The pools themselves are lovely and warm, bit noisy and not as relaxing as I hoped. After my allotted time I went to the changing room, all the showers were full and I had to wait again. I finished my visit and on exit was told I had overstayed and had to pay extra. This is my issue, on admission it is not explained that the time starts on admission to the changing room and stops on exit from the changing room. Therefore, if you are delayed due to the showers, the lockers, not enough cubicles you lose time. There are no clocks visible in the majority of the pools. I saw only one in the entire complex. I felt misled by the 45 minutes, and further information should be given. I understand this is not England, but a big tourist attraction and no English at all. Even a basic leaflet in Word, or a map with both Polish and English labeling would have been helpful to explain the layout and the rules.

Thank you for all your comments. Due to the pandemic, we had to reorganize the admission of the state to the facility, so the change of shoes is in front of the goals, and not behind so far. We will try to make the markings on the site include the English version in the future. We will pass on other comments to the management of the facility.

My friend and I visited here on a trip to Zakopane from Krakow. I love being warm so loved the pools! Loads of options. We didn't understand how the locker system worked and ended up locking our things in one and then we couldn't access it but a very helpful member of staff reset it for us. We went on one slide which was fun but unfortunately the others weren't open. I must mention the sauna section (which you have to pay extra for) is a nude area! This wasn't clear to us and we had already scanned our wristbands. Luckily an employee let us keep our towels on but we probably wouldn't have paid the extra had we known, it was slightly awkward as everyone else was naked! I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

We recently visited Terma Bukovina and had good time. It has 6 separate pools. Some inside and some outside. Ticket was 59 PLN (about USD 18) per adult for 2.5 hrs + 15 min. There is co-ed locker room with driers and a change stalls. Showers are separate for men and women.
Entire complex is huge and each pool has different futures. There is also a long tube slide.
The only complaint would be about a big crowd we experienced during holiday season but it is a sign of how popular this place is.

Not worth visiting, it is a standard pool stinking with chlorine. Only drink available is beer and no place for people that smoke. Overcrowded. There are much cheaper places with better facilities. A waste of 2 hours.

Great place to relax. We purchased the promo 65zł for the lift in Zakopane and 2.5hr entry to the thermal baths. We were lucky as had disposal of a vehicle to move around, but I heard the transit system is quite good from Zakopane.

We spent 2.5hr, and it seemed to be the perfect amount of time. Well maintained, clean, wasn’t over crowded, and very relaxing.

Sadly our tickets didn’t cover the saunas, which we would have loved to explore but nonetheless very enjoyable time.

Would recommend as an evening activity to unwind after or before dinner.

We came here with our big family and friends. 8 adults and 3 children aged 2 and 4.

It’s a lovely, relaxing place with nice warm thermal water. It’s clean and well maintained.

Area for young children is not too big (hence only 4 stars, rather than 5), butif you’re visiting without children - it won’t bother you.

Good selection of different thermal pools and lovely water massage area.

It was a really nice place to visit after days of trekking and hiking.

We didn’t use any bar/food facilities - so no opinion about it.

We drove to Termy Bukovina specially for the saunas. You first pay 69 zlotty to get into the super crowded aqua park (which is definitely a great place for children but not so much if you come to relax). After entering the aqua park you could enter a secluded sauna area where you had to pay another 29 zlotty. Sauna area contains 3 steam rooms, 4 saunas, a cold bath, showers and a few lounge chairs. The sauna area is in good condition and definitely relaxing. There is no restaurant inside the sauna area so the only option for a refreshment is the noisy cafeteria in the pool area. Apparently the rule is “if you leave the sauna area and you want to go back in again, you pay 29 zlotty again”, we protested against this ridiculous rule and therefore the sauna receptionist left us back in for free the second time (thank you). The cafeteria offers a small selection of food and drinks, not worth bothering.
You could also tell they are not used to English speaking tourists, everything is written or signposted in Polish which is not very welcoming.
In short, we did enjoy the saunas (and the entrance for the saunas only is cheap) but because you have pay for an aqua park which we didn’t use at all, it turns into an expensive sauna experience which we wouldn’t recommend.

It seems that the owners want to earn money above all. Too many people are allowed in. There have been long queues to all attractions and it was impossible to enjoy a swim, even just a stay in water due to very high number of people. On top of this no one seems to manage, some people play water ball taking the scarce space, others block the attractions while the guards are busy on their phones.

All in all, not worth the money!
