Lovely place to relax! We came on a weekday in spring and didn’t find it to be overcrowded. Prices are reasonable and we enjoyed time in their saunas for an additional price. Our only problem was only a couple of signs had english translations which made it difficult to navigate (had a language barrier with staff also) - I have been to baths in smaller countries which have had translations so I don’t think it would be unreasonable to ask for this to be improved, it would make us much easier for us tourists to attend! There are 3 outdoor pools which are heated nicely and one has the view of trees & mountain embankment. Everything was clean, tidy and well looked after. Overall highly recommend visiting here!

Went here today having been a bit confused about which thermal baths to visit. I think my husband chose well as this place seemed pretty perfect, if a little expensive compared to other prices in Poland (75 pln each for 3 hours). There were three main outside pools, one of which was covered and the temperature of the perfect bath - this was definitely my favourite. The inside pool was large with various jacuzzis dotted around the place. We queued for quite a while for the blue slide but I wouldn’t do that again- I get bad motion sickness and it made me feel ill! Three hours wasn’t really enough so if we have time, we will go again for the whole day for 99 pln each. We didn’t have anything to eat or drink but the prices seemed reasonable and the parking was free. We arrived at 10.30am and I was a bit worried about social distancing but it really wasn’t too bad - busy without being overcrowded.

We were there for third time, first time in the summer. What to say, I missed the snow around the pool, where I could lay for a minute and then back to hot water :-D But, that was a great experience although. After some fast hike to Gubalowka and a walk in Zakopane city, it was great to cool down and swim for 60 minutes in the coolest pool. After that hydro-massage and other pools were relaxing. We left the place relaxed and fresh.

Visited early evening, the pools were very busy. I purchased the 45 minute option. There is only 45 minutes or 3 hours to choose from. It is not worth buying online as you still have to wait in line.. They seem to have an issue with shoes and require you to have a pair of flip flops to change into before being allowed pass the security gate. The changing room is unisex and there are lots of lockers and changing cubicles. When I arrived the majority of the cubicles were full and I had to search for an empty one. The lockers use the wrist band you are given and can be a bit tricky. Took me a couple of times to get it working. There is no English signage to anything in the pool area that I saw. In fact the only English wording I saw for the visit was on the lockers. The pools themselves are lovely and warm, bit noisy and not as relaxing as I hoped. After my allotted time I went to the changing room, all the showers were full and I had to wait again. I finished my visit and on exit was told I had overstayed and had to pay extra. This is my issue, on admission it is not explained that the time starts on admission to the changing room and stops on exit from the changing room. Therefore, if you are delayed due to the showers, the lockers, not enough cubicles you lose time. There are no clocks visible in the majority of the pools. I saw only one in the entire complex. I felt misled by the 45 minutes, and further information should be given. I understand this is not England, but a big tourist attraction and no English at all. Even a basic leaflet in Word, or a map with both Polish and English labeling would have been helpful to explain the layout and the rules.

Thank you for all your comments. Due to the pandemic, we had to reorganize the admission of the state to the facility, so the change of shoes is in front of the goals, and not behind so far. We will try to make the markings on the site include the English version in the future. We will pass on other comments to the management of the facility.

The most disorganised Aqua Park i have ever been in. The staff either gave wrong information or was very unhelpful. The lockers coded wrong and the attendant refused to recode the chips on our hands without making us move our belongings to different lockers. That took an extra 15 mins above site allocated 15 mins(for changing/showers), which was deducted from our paid 2 hrs sauna use time. Why could not paid activity time start from the moment of clocking into sauna or swim zone.
The management clearly prioritised revenue gathering potential as opposed to providing pressure free relaxation experience for the user's.
Over and above that most people entering sauna zone do so without their glasses, just like I did. The screen on time chip reader in the sauna has font far too small to be able to read the time remaining to use the selected zone. While I was there, one other person had exactly the same problem.
In contrast, the German Park near town called Moers had been equipped with screens with big enough font and contrast, for me to be able to use it without my glasses.
It goes without saying that was my first and last visit to Thermo in Bukowina Tatrzańska.

My friend and I visited here on a trip to Zakopane from Krakow. I love being warm so loved the pools! Loads of options. We didn't understand how the locker system worked and ended up locking our things in one and then we couldn't access it but a very helpful member of staff reset it for us. We went on one slide which was fun but unfortunately the others weren't open. I must mention the sauna section (which you have to pay extra for) is a nude area! This wasn't clear to us and we had already scanned our wristbands. Luckily an employee let us keep our towels on but we probably wouldn't have paid the extra had we known, it was slightly awkward as everyone else was naked! I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

We went to Bukovina at the end of a Zacopane day tour and it was a great way to finish of the day. Surprising number of indoor and outdoor pools at various temperatures to suit everyone and the outdoor pools have some amazing National Park views.

Loads of sun loungers and deck chairs to relax in. There is a spa, pretty impressive slides for the kids, loads of pools to choose from to relax in. Easy parking.

Really well organised with the wristbands, so that you can access your lockers with the band, purchase food and purchase additional services – very convenient.

The public area’s were clean, and ample amount of lockers and change rooms. You do need to bring your own towel.

We recently visited Terma Bukovina and had good time. It has 6 separate pools. Some inside and some outside. Ticket was 59 PLN (about USD 18) per adult for 2.5 hrs + 15 min. There is co-ed locker room with driers and a change stalls. Showers are separate for men and women.
Entire complex is huge and each pool has different futures. There is also a long tube slide.
The only complaint would be about a big crowd we experienced during holiday season but it is a sign of how popular this place is.

Not worth visiting, it is a standard pool stinking with chlorine. Only drink available is beer and no place for people that smoke. Overcrowded. There are much cheaper places with better facilities. A waste of 2 hours.

Great place to relax. We purchased the promo 65zł for the lift in Zakopane and 2.5hr entry to the thermal baths. We were lucky as had disposal of a vehicle to move around, but I heard the transit system is quite good from Zakopane.

We spent 2.5hr, and it seemed to be the perfect amount of time. Well maintained, clean, wasn’t over crowded, and very relaxing.

Sadly our tickets didn’t cover the saunas, which we would have loved to explore but nonetheless very enjoyable time.

Would recommend as an evening activity to unwind after or before dinner.
