The Promenade

It is pleasant and slow, though financially expensive, to walk along the Promenade. It is one of the largest and most recognizable attractions. A lot is happening on it. There are artists, you can eat fish rolls and ice cream in donuts and other less known delicacies. She is loved by Germans and Poles who like to spend money during the holidays.

Since my last visit more development of hotels ,restaurants and another promenade been constructed
The promenade looks fantastic and I am sure the prices and service might suffer
One day the Polish Rivera will be famous

Nice walk
Very well made the promenade relaxin.
Well worth the visit.
Only problem is prices of beer and food kind of expansive .

An evening promenade

If you like walking for pleasure in a public place, it is the best place. There are many restaurants (sometimes too crowded), shops and playgrounds.

Rain and still lots of people

We were amazed at the number of people on the promenade and the beach even though the weather was very cool and slight rain. Interesting shops in shopping center and little vendors along the ways to the Baltic Sea path. The stores in the glass modern shopping area were quite expensive and the little vendors were eager to sell you Amber and hats and socks and freshly cooked sausages and gluhwein etc

This is a nice promenade for evening walks, dinner and drinks. I think the last part of the promenade is nicer with restaurants and bars. A lot of live music and entertainment. In the bigining it's just a lot of "crap" sold. German and Polish is spoken everywhere. No signs and hardly no one speaks English. Very close to the amazing beach witch makes up for it all. If the weather is good this is the place to be.

A lovely post dinner stroll

The Promenade attracts both locals & visitors alike. It can get busy, however, this is the main hub in which there is a wide choice of restaurants & cafes. Anyone can visit here whether young or old, elderly and/or infirm. You will definitely get a feel for the town here!

A long long walk

Surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and cafés and local fast foods, this promenade is living all day and deep into the night. There's also a summer open-air cinema with free entrance.
