Super kind, friendly and knowledgeable teacher. After having had the first lesson, I booked another hour for the next day, within a couple of hours, however, we had to change our plans for family reasons and I went to the office to cancel the lesson (already paid for ). They told me I would have to talk to the director, so I went to the main office of the school to talk to the director. The director didn't reveal himself, I explained the situation and there was no way I could get a refund for a lesson booked and paid for only a couple of hours before! They offered me a voucher, but living 4 hours away it would not have been possible to use it since we would have to return shortly. They told me that they would call me back anyway to tell me whether someone else would book the time or not. They never called me back and I lost my tuition money. Given how the school presents itself, I would say that they really got lost in a glass of water.

My experience was very bad. Group school for a 3 and a half year old girl.
A teacher with more than ten children between 3 and 5.
4 day lesson. I (and not only) was unable to leave during lessons. Even very small children are practically not managed. They make them line up, get off and get back on.
Nobody checks whether they get on the conveyor, whether they put on their skis, whether they get off, whether they cry. The teacher was also very nice but unable to manage such a large group. Furthermore, jokes are made to the parents who are there by other instructors (and this really seems absurd to me!) because they don't leave their children who are often intimidated (a descent on skis for someone who doesn't know how to ski is scary for adults, let alone for 3 year olds). ).
Yesterday, while I was helping my daughter to get off, a woman, perhaps a teacher, intervened (at that moment she was leveling the snow around the carpet regardless of the children who were getting stuck to get off) and literally attacked my daughter telling her that she had to get off, so he would never learn. All in all, a great method.
120 euros wasted even with the risk of making people hate skiing forever. I think that up to the age of 5 a private lesson is better (but that should also be checked). For what the course was worth, it would have been better if I had started explaining to her how to snowplow.
Big disappointment and first year of skiing wasted.
I will also write to the school.

We booked an "international" course for adults and a children´s course at this school this winter and were 100% disappointed with language skills we had been promised as well as the attitude towards adults as well as children.
Apart from having children being bored and freezing while wating for their turn, children were left crying with noone to take care of their worries. The fun and games we were promised in the school´s brochure are non-existent and the special treatment for kids was nowhere to be found.
The adult class was 95% in italian and explanations only given in english when insisting. As this was a beginner´s course, instead of understanding for possible fears or doubts the teacher suggested we may have had to much to drink the night before... maybe I´m uptight, but it doesn´t seem the form to me...

Prior to arrival communication difficult, emails are left unanswered or rude way of responding. Half of the courses advertised on their web site are not organised. The reason being that March was low season, however prices of the courses were the one of the high season! I would certainly not recommend this ski school unfortunately. The poorest exeperience ever with a ski school...

The right place to start learning skiing and for upgrading your skills. After 1 week (upgrade) with Ale P. my 11 years old son was skiing like a pro.

My 9 year old daughter and I had 2X2hr private lessons. We decided against group lessons as you never know how they are going to go, who is going to be in your group and we've had mixed experiences with group lessons in the past. I'd definitely recommend the private lessons. It was easy to book and we picked up some great tips.

Grazie. Simone Laszlo - Firenze

Sinceramente non saprei , ma credo di si' . L'importante sarebbe, secondo me , contattare direttamente la scuola e chiedere di un maestro/a che sia all'altezza.Io
Credo che non avra' particolari difficolta'.
Saluti.
