cafe with renowned pastries where one can spoon one's morning almond milk granite and read the papers with the locals - and which graciously also serves tourists

The ice cream here was incredible and really interesting flavours. Don't be put off by the unusual combinations, they tasted amazing! I was really disappointed by the cake I had though, despite it looking good (it was quite dry and a bit tasteless). Coffee was excellent. Bar service friendly, shame the man on the till seemed a bit jaded when... More

We had gelation 2 evenings here and it was very good. However, unlike others I don't know if I would say it was the best in the world, or in Sicily!

On the main thoroughfare and does very good granitas. Best to try a selection lemon good but the mulberry was exquisite. Little seating area outside. Supposed to be one of the best places for granita in the world. Not sure if this is true but they are fantastic on a hot summers day to refresh you

Wow, gorgeous sweets, good cappuccino, even the tea was good. Carefully prepared cakes and tarts, delicious. Wait staff spoke English and was swift, efficient and courteous.

I never liked ice-cream very much. It is just too sweat to me. And then I get thirsty. Granitas- allmond and pistaccio- my best choice. And in Caffe Sicilia, they made one of the best one! I checked :)

Tripadvisor put this place in the attractions category, but it's a dessert and coffee place. We were advised by our bed and breakfast hosts to try their granitas (a kind of Sicilian sorbet). We tried their combination offer and it was excellent. It's a very pleasant little place right in the middle of the tourist area, so it's very international... More

I recomend to buy espresso at bar... More
