Motorhome stop near the spectacular Bay of Turks. For EUR 40 per night, we took the large pitches, with private tap and cold shower and increased electricity (I think 4 or 5 A), hot showers for a fee. New and clean toilets. The pitch was one of the few with shade almost all day. I would recommend some artificial solution, pending the growth of the trees. The stopover also offers a restaurant service, where Manuel offers , in addition to a good cooking menu, also his own truly remarkable craft beer.

On the sea and the location nothing to object indeed very nice, clear and clean sea even if rough. You have to pay 6€ parking then 1€ per person for the train and 10 minutes walk in the pine forest. The bay is very picturesque. Negative note for the services offered on site and the management of the beaches. However, there is the possibility to stop on the free beach if willing to carry umbrellas etc. Very nice location.... tourism is managed with competence and courtesy and these do not improvise.

Baia dei Turchi so called because on its coast landed the Turks who massacred the inhabitants of Otranto. For this reason, the Resort’s beach is a protected, unspoilt and bar-free area that shooting ball music would only break the charm of the place. The village is a bit dated but you immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere. Children under 12 years (I think) are not allowed and this contributes to living the holiday in complete tranquility. Professional welcome, oriental style rooms, would not hurt greater attention in cleaning. The dinner is an explosion of flavors and for all tastes, attentive staff to the needs of customers and coordinated by a true Pro of the sector Mr. RENATO an added value of the Resort, his presence in the room, always discreet, has contributed decisively to my complete satisfaction. The animation should be reviewed a bit probably because of the inexperience of the guys. If someone asked me if I would go back I would say YES

A paradise still untouched reachable after a short and easy walk. Transparent aqua and clean sandy beaches. I recommend rock shoes useful to go down to the first cove, (the least crowded and not equipped). At the end of June few people even on Sundays, and if you feel like a coffee just walk a little further along the bath-dryer! On the main road to Otranto., before entering the paths there is 'convenience store / grocery excellent stop to get ready-made dop or puccie sandwiches at more' than fair prices!

Beach among the most beautiful in Salento. Sea of a thousand shades of blue and light sand. The best time to enjoy the sound of the sea and the scent of the pine forest is in June and September. To get there there there is a convenient parking where with 5 euros you leave the car guarded in the shade of the trees and you also have the convenience of rinsing away the sand from your feet with a shower nearby, and then follow a path through the pine forest to reach the sea, which is very close.

First time at the Bay of Turks.. Arrived at the first parking lot they practically blocked us and forced us to enter (we entered thinking it was the only parking lot) with the dirty shuttle they took us up to a certain point and continued on foot the show that presented itself in front was exceptional in the afternoon c there was a thunderstorm so we had to leave running directions 0 we got lost in the pine forest then helped us two employees of another parking lot. Beautiful scenery and sea, especially in the morning. To get there you leave your car in a park, at a cost of 6 euros. For 1 € per person you can take advantage of a train (return) that leads from the parking lot to the pedestrian path accessing the beach. From there you walk for at least ten minutes, in the middle of a pine forest, to get to the beach. The signs are unclear and a little hidden, so we advise you to be very careful not to get lost!

Beach in its natural state where you can enjoy a landscape still wild as there was no human intervention. You have to pay attention to the parking as soon as you arrive they offer you a last parking that costs 6 euros plus the paid shuttle. Actually there is further on another parking that costs 5 euros and is near the beaches

There are 5 minutes of hiking to get there and cars can be left in private car parks for 6€/day The beaches have both public and private areas... the private ones a bit scrambling No shower and bathrooms not at maximum cleanliness Cost umbrella and 2 sunbeds 30€ Definitely economic demand superior to comfort The beach, however, deserves to be seen (with the right expectations)

The sea is spectacular as is the beach. Important note is to pay attention to the wind that blows as the sea was quite rough. Quite negative note, the amount of people present. I personally woke up at 7:30 a.m. to be on the beach at 9:00 a.m. and it makes me a little gnarly that people who arrived late in the morning, have to place themselves practically on my umbrella.
