Literally stumbled upon this place. Well worth the €1 to see the fresco of Madonna della Madia. Steep stairs, and decent information, though maybe you should read a bit up on it before going in.

Went down some steep, quite perilous steps and was greeted by a nice old man who took our 1 Euro entrance fee. Small and ancient but I would say it's worth a visit. The information is also in English so you know what you're seeing
