One of our favourite quick swims. It’s worth the drive down the coast and you quickly dry off before travelling on. It’s a fair way down from the bridge but the sea is full of fish (at least it was when we were there) swim...More

One of our favourite swim stops in the Salento. It may be a way down to the sea but it is a fabulous swim out into the cave and out under the bridge. Especially good for mask and snorkel. I have never seen so many...More

If you didn't know where it was you would never spot this beautiful cove. It is underneath a road bridge and enclosed by steep rocky cliffs. There are a lot of steps down but it is well worth the walk to sit and watch the...More

A beautiful natural cove that is a great swimming spot. We stopped for an photo opportunity and did not see any public parking area. Since this is not the peak tourist season, the cove is not crowded. Definitely a great place for a dip if...More

this is a small bay that looks very tempting, all surrounded by a rocky shore. It is recommended if you are in good shape, because climbing the stairs is a bit tiring

Really beautiful beach in special nature. Surrounded by big cliffs. Whether the guys jumping from the bridge and cliffs were brave or reckless I will let up to others to judge. But fascinating it was.

We end up here, walking, just remember a pair of snickers and a pair of water shoes to get inside the water, rocks and stone underneath. It s a wander full place, from the bottom to the top

We discovered this spot and pulled over. The water views are amazing. You can walk down some steps and go swimming in this crystal clear water. There are some caves that you swim up to. So much fun.
