Went there with a friend and my 5 year old son. Parking was 2 Euros and entrance 12,50. The park itself is in a poor condition and the animals seem to suffer. The advertised new wolf compound contained 2 wolves. One of them was limping badly. In a nearby compound another wolf seemed depressed because he kept running in circles. The playground is small and the snack bar was closed. Best was the stork outside the enclosure. This park is a complete rip-off. Compared to the Chemnitz Zoo where we paid 13 Euros entrance fee and saw many more happy animals this place is not worth going to.

We went with a group and friends and our small children (up to age 5 years) and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the wildlife in this beautiful park. The car park attendant was very pleasant and sold us food for the animals which was great. There was so much to see, especially the beautiful owls and lux. The wild pigs had little ones which was so cute and amusing! We all had a fantastic afternoon as the park is spreading a relaxing atmosphere. The children had activities throughout the park with little boxes where the Bildern could explore what is inside the box. The animals are kept in spacious and natural wild like conditions and look well. The animal food was great for getting the kids involved and feeding the deer and smaller animals like bunnies. We also spotted black and red squirrels in the trees having fun! There was a little kiosk which sold refreshments, we all had a hot dog which was delicious and entry was very good value for money (4 Euros per adult). We will be back again for sure!

First of all, this place is great for kids. The animals are close by. Some can be feed with special food purchased in the parking lot. The animals feature some typical European animals that you will never see in the wild, unless you are very lucky. Well worth the price of admission.
